Terry and his engineers were extremely polite, thee job was completed the same day. Very tidy workers, and brilliant value for money. Would highly recommend.

We chose the services of TM Hughes & Son and spoke to Terry regarding our requirements.
We changed four radiators to new Type 21 / P+, a new towel rail fitted, had the system power flushed, a magnetic filter installed, our boiler serviced, and a new pump was required.
The work was carried out by Pawel, who was very diligent and thorough throughout, a very amiable person who takes great care with his work.
Floor protectors were used and everywhere was tidied up with all rubbish and old radiators taken away.
Terry was very responsive with our calls and emails prior to the works starting and provided quotes when needed as we originally were only going to have the system flushed and the filter fitted.
On final testing and balancing of all the radiators in our home we could feel the heat emitted was far hotter and more efficient than last year.
All in all, we were pleased we chose TM Hughes & Son to carry out the works and we will continue to use his services for future works.

A few weeks back, on a Saturday (Sod's law), I had a leak from a pipe under the sink, called Terry at noon. Very much to my surprise, a plumber was sent to my house in the early afternoon ! He did a great job too, e.g. found the leaking pipe and fixed it in just one hour. All was done very professionally - truly impressed by the speed as well as the quality of the service provided by Terry.

Reported a leaky towel rail valve. They came out that day and replaced both valves quickly and efficiently. I have used this trader before on several occasions and have always found them reliable and friendly.

I used TM Hughes to replace my bioler at my old house a few years ago. He was the first person I called to fit a new boiler in my new house. He came and gave excellent advice and talked the pros and cons between each solution. He gave us enough infomation for us to choose the solution we finally settled on and they fitted it in a couple of days.

We have just moved into our new home and had it decorated and they went out of their way to make sure they didn't catch any of the paintwork whilst carrying things up and down the stairs. When finished you wouldn't have known they had been in. The place was spotless. Carpet protectors were laid everywhere they went and when they finished they took all of the old boiler and watertank and disposed of it all.

Can't recommend them enough.

Hot water cylinder and immersion heaters replaced. Engineer was friendly and knowledgeable, fixed the problem and the workspace was left neat clean and tidy on completion. I never use anyone else since using T.M. Hughes, they are a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended.
