Couldn't be happier really. Incredibly speedy service, I was kept well-informed throughout the process, and my repaired item is working like a day-1 device. I'd gladly use the service again, but hope I don't have the need to!

Very good. Was initially annoying that the warranty claim was rejected but it turned out to be a Samsung issue that was easily resolved. Rang a customer service number & Victoria who had sent me the mail answered the phone. Pretty unusual these days!

My journey started with the samsung earbuds what i purchased on amazon. After about 2 months i had problems with them and i contacted to samsung because i still had warranty on them. After more then 1 hour of phone call the samsung "expert" said everything is perfect and i can send them back. Service order reference: 4292618370. Few days later i had an email wich only says not under warranty. I can pay for the service for a third party company or they going to send them back. I call them what is it and they said not going to fix it because i bouth the earbuds abroad. ( they are from amazon) i sent the invoice to a lady and i was waiting days again. I had an other phone call again. An other lady asked me why i haven't send the invoice. I said i did straight away after the first phone call. I can proof still have the email with her name. Sent again. She said oh maybe she forgot to send to us but now everything is perfect and the repair is on the way. Two days later i had an email early morning we going to send back the earbuds. I called an other "expert" this time and he said the earbuds were made in UAE so they not going to touch it. Never had a worst experience in any costumer service in my life and all my devices were samsung at home but until now. Never buy any samsung again in my life. Very disgusting company. Shame yourself. I only have samsung products more then 10 years in my household but never again

Supposedly this is a Samsung authorised repair shop. They did not have a clue what to do with my phone, tempered with my software which they should not have touched at all! When asked them if they were going to compensate me, they stopped responding to my emails. I can no longer use my phone, because of them, and it was an expensive phone!

Very friendly people over the phone and super helpful, answered all my questions and a very speedy service, and was happy to take my phone back again for another correction. Recommended

Great service, very quick to get the item assessed. They called me upon assessment of the phone and asked if I wanted to go ahead with what they had found, and was told whether or not it would be covered under warranty. They then carried out the work, and sent the device back. Overall, great service, polite and friendly staff, glad I put in the repair request.

From the first very friendly phone call on first contact about my faulty Tablet.
To the re delivery of it and delightful outcome of it working fine now .

Exceptional service from samsung. If i could give more than 5 stars i would.
1 week turnaround, fully refurbished, amazingly good communication amazing courier service. Service so good it can only be for the sake of reputation, not profit.
I am very grateful for the amazingly generous and efficient service thank you. I am an avid samsung consumer and this has reinforced my opinion and nrand loyalty.

Sent in for repair sub board that was comolete but also they had to replace the back cover as my camera lense was cracked. So paid for it then recieved device back after 3 weeks and the back cover was peeling away to stuck down correctly, sent it back to be rectified and come back in same condition cant afford to send the phone back again for a third time.

From the collection of my device via DPD to being repaired and then delivered back to me by the end of the week. This was the first time using this service and would highly recommend. Also the team conducted various different checks on my device which they gave me a list of all those that passed which was 100%. That was a nice touch as it provided confidence the device is all working correctly.

The phone hot when using it..
My USB cord was never returned. I contacted them and not even an effort to send me the cord...I was told I won't get it...
Poor customer service...

I sent my damaged Samsung Ring back for repair and instead of asking me await the repair they sent me a new ring back! Absolutely unbelievable customer service.

Super quick turn around. They ended up replacing rather than repairing my Galaxy buds pro 3 for what I can presume is a refurbished pair but I'm okay with that.

The customer service provided was exceptional, with prompt responses to all email inquiries directed to TMT. The repair process under Samsung warranty was executed with remarkable efficiency. The entire service, from collection to delivery, was seamless and highly professional. Being without a mobile device can be a significant inconvenience, and i extend my sincere gratitude to TMT for their swift turnaround.
