My watch was returned with exactly the same fault. No one asked what the problem was or explained to me what was actually repaired. So sadly zero stars .

Flawless
I did not deal with this company directly but rather through Samsung repair service.
They replaced my flip phone screen protector that was peeling of in the middle.
Can't fault them for nothing!
It got fixed within one day and sent straight back. Phone looks brand new and so far works perfec. Very happy!

Very comprehensive and efficient
Very quick service, phone inspectedz parts ordered and repaired in a few days. Comprehensively checked, I sent in for one issue and they identified another and fixed that also and provided a list of all.checks completed too.
Very happy and definitely reccomend.
