Really disappointed with the customer service from TOG24.

I bought a coat in November 2024 as a long-term winter coat and was very happy with it at first. Unfortunately, the zip has already broken due to a missing tooth, making the coat unusable after what I would consider a reasonable amount of normal wear.

What frustrated me most was the response from customer services. Rather than showing any understanding or offering any goodwill gesture, they were quite abrupt and immediately focused on explaining why they wouldn’t help. They suggested the issue may have been caused by me not engaging the zip properly, despite the fact the coat is less than two years old and should reasonably last longer than this.

I wasn’t demanding a brand new coat — even a contribution towards repair or some form of goodwill would have shown they value customers. Instead, the overall tone felt defensive and dismissive from the start.

It’s a shame because I genuinely liked the coat itself, but the aftercare experience has completely put me off buying from TOG24 again.

Friendly staff great items

Staff were most helpful and helped get me the sizes I needed.
They also made a point of explaining returns policy should I need it.
I’m very pleased with too and jacked I purchased.

The lady in the shop went to the trouble of gettign us the correct sizes from storage

Absolute scam. Do not buy from this disgraceful company. Poor quality, poor fit, poor customer service. Daylight robbery. Refuse refund returns.

Great store and staff are brilliant

After saying to my husband "I'll come, but I don't need anything" yet another great find....who knew TOG did swimsuits haha.

This is the 6th coat I have purchased from TOG24 over the passed 15 years or so. I have had no troubles with any of them as the quality has always met my expectations. The staff were very helpful and the layout of the store was such that it was easy to find for the product I wanted.

Ashford Outlet. The two ladies in the store were so helpful, Michala & Olivia had the patience to battle with their computer but we got there.

Had load of stuff off tog 24 over the years but never again orderd a couple polo shirts over last few months poor quality wash once go out of shape not same stuff quality has b4 there made in China for a few pence so I will never order of tog 24 again quality is really poor

The item was far too big even though I had ordered my regular size.
As I had paid £3.95 for it to be delivered and would have to pay £3.95 to return it, I drove to the Tog 24 shop for a return.
I was deducted a further £3.25 from the return so ordering on line is a waste of time and money

Started off ordering on the web but decided to pop into an outlet as I wasn’t sure size wise. The colour was not available at the store so I tried on a different colour to get the correct size. They then ordered it for me and I chose delivery being made to them for me to collect thinking, as with other local clothing stores, that if the delivery was to their store and not my home then it would be free. Wrong as it was £3.95 delivery to wherever. Staff were very helpful both at the time of placing the order and on collection. One benefit was that I didn’t have to be at home waiting for delivery and collection was easy.

Very friendly welcome into the store at east midlands designer outlet. All clothes perfectly set out and a great choice. Always shop for tog24 here. Great shop, great staff.

Excellent selection of clothing from Tog 24 Factory shop in Heckmondwike. Staff were extremely helpful detailing prices and carrying my purchases.

Iwas looking for a wind proof thermal jacket for going out on my mobility scooter, came across this jacket which seems to tick all the boxes. The two staff ladies were both pleasant and helpful ,thank you.
