return policy is deceptive!

i ordered a brass tog knife and within one day of using it it had started corroding already. i had contacted support asking if i could return it as i did not expect it to corrode with less than 15 minutes of use and they had told me that i cannot return it. not to mention it took them weeks to reply.

i also asked about adjusting stiffness as the website was very confusing on it and the staff did not know either and simply suggested that it had been corroded, however this was before i even used to knife!

please be cautious if you’re buying non-stainless knives especially if you sweat quite often.

The website was informative, my order came quickly and well packaged, and the sharpening stone itself was excellent.

I initially had trouble with my online purchase and contacted customer service, who replied ASAP with information; next attempt to buy was successful and delivery was fast and efficient. The knife's good, too.

You delivered exactly what you said you would.

I just love TOG knives, fantastic quality, brilliant service, expensive yet value for money - slowly replacing my Japanese knives of 30 years.

Tog knives are beautifully made and feel so nice to use.
I’m not a chef or even much of a cook actually I’m a builder but I love good quality things and these knives a superb quality. I mainly just love to chop things and carve things with a beautifully balanced razor sharp knife and am disappointed when I run out of things to chop! You could say they are waisted on me but you can’t put a price on how something beautiful makes you feel.
The company marketing is excellent and I love the videos about each knife that show you how a professional uses them. I have 4 now and am looking forward to any new additions that may come in the future. A filleting knife would definitely be on my list if one was made.

These are exceptional quality knives, chopping boards and whetstones. Tog is clearly passionate about their products and customer service.
It's good to purchase from a local British business not only to support smaller makers but also for my own customer experience.
Sadly I have to add a delivery failed due to incorrect information being provided to the courier which by the way was not a customer or courier error.
A shame really, otherwise they are excellent products.

Package arrived safely and well wrapped, nobody available to sign for Package which was posted through letterbox.

Ordered an "OX" chopping board on the Sunday and arrived Thursday. Really pleased with the product and communication from Tog too.

Great little utility knife but needed a run over a whetstone to get a really good edge.
