Update on my experience.
I ordered many times from this company. But never needed to exchange and return. The last time, one item was too big. I sent an email as soon as I received the order, no answer.
Update: Tolavita team communicated back to me by email and problem solved. Apparently, they had technical issues and didn't receive my email. The company is very legit and solving my problem was smooth. Thank you Tolavita.

Will no stay on
Have not had one stay on so I cant say if it works or not. Tried fresh shower and alcohol swab. No luck. I would not recommend because they do not stick.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Their response below is them pretending they’ll help resolve the issue but they refused after I sent clear photos. They have a satisfaction guarantee and they don’t abide by it. I tried to return the clothes the same day I received them and they refused even those they advertised a policy of return eligibility

This company sells lies wrapped in cheap fabric — avoid at all costs
If I could give zero stars, I would.
This company is the perfect example of how to turn shopping into a nightmare. The clothes look like they were designed in the dark, with fabric so cheap it could double as a cleaning rag. The pictures online must be from another planet because what I received was nothing close. Shipping took forever — I could’ve learned to sew my own clothes in less time — and when the package finally arrived, the sizes were a joke and the stitching looked like it was done by someone blindfolded. Customer service? More like customer disservice — slow, dismissive, and utterly useless. Save yourself the headache and shop literally anywhere else.

Wonderful all around
They are always prompt with customer service responses and polite. They are always willing to hear customer requests and prompt in honoring requests regarding orders. They are not hard to get a hold like some other companies. of The dresses are great quality and color, I love this company and my wardrobe is almost all tolavita now and wish the continued success of this company!

Issue with Return
Ordered 2 skirts. The quality was not up to my expectations (bare in mind I spent over £100). Am trying to issue a return, however the order number they have me doesn't work and they are not answering their emails or phones.

Best store for modest dresses. I have 14 now and it's my number one store to go to. Great quality, good heavy fabric, very good fitting, customized adjustments possible. Great and kind customer service. Beautiful products

Lookin Good
The garment is as pictured. The size is perfect and the shipping was as promised and not delayed. However, the true color was not as pictured. The dark band looks brown online but it was actually a dark plum. Other than that, all was fine with the garment
