A big real trash dumpster

I used the car wash in El Paso Texas on Zaragoza and had my windshield wiper broken by their equipment, they refused to fix it stating my truck was to old and their warranty covered vehicles less then 15 years old. When one signs up the warranty is not provided nor is it posted anywhere in the facility. I will file a claim with the courts.

Jazz was extremely professional and kind with me for my first ever visit/car wash experience @ the North Charleston Tanger Outlet location. I will go back just because of her customer service. Give her a raise immediately. Go Tommy’s express!

I surely wouldn’t pay to be monthly member. Your vacuums Suck! They won’t even pick up a leaf from
car mat. What’s the point of providing them, when they don’t work. I’ll go elsewhere.

Tommy's Express in Brooksville, Florida does a GREAT job on my Ram 3500 Dually Truck with 8-foot bed! It barely fits on the belt, but if it fits, it fits! I'm so glad to finally have a car wash in Hernando County I can wash my dually truck in!
I just need to make sure I retract the power mirrors before entering. Amazingly, even with the mirrors folded back, the scrubbers from above manage to ALWAYS get between the side windows and the mirrors, so my mirrors and my windows come out completely clean.
The tire cleaners at the end even reset and expand to get the wider rear wheels!
I'm so impressed with this car wash and the staff there are very friendly as well.

The wash is good but the company's policy is not consumer friendly.

Long story short, my nearby location has not been operational for a full week so I wrote to Tommy's CS asking for a week extension. They refused any responsibility and quoted a fine print that occasional shutdown is to be expected. Real nice!

Your mat washer was behind closed doors and marked OUT OF ORDER, You don't supply towels to dry the car after your wash left car in extremely wet condition/soapy condition is that the plan to get people to spend another $5 to get a towel?
Car was covered with what looked like soap. Truly the worst "Auto Wash" ever!

Pulled up to have my truck washed. The guy said I had to take the straps out. The back of my cool was OK and I went look in the back. Some guy come screaming out the door. You have to pull up and park in the lot you have to pull even screaming at me not the point that he was telling me where to go, but he was screaming at me. This was on Monday 23 December at 1:00 PM very bad experience for someone to come screaming out the direction not that he was telling me where to go but screaming at me because I wanted to shut the tailgate. Will 100% not come back to this location

Do not use this carwash on El Camino in Clear Lake. They will overcharge you. You will get a receipt for $20 and hit your account for $28. Talked to them about it and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Will have to dispute the charges and never use this place again. Save yourself the misery and go elsewhere. First time to go here and no more

I ASKED WHY DO I NEED TO INPUT MY CREDIT CARD WHEN I ALREADY PAID FOR THE 1 MONTH PROMOTION! I WAS TOLD BY THEIR CUSTOMER CARE PHONE LINE THAT ITS FOR TOMMY'S TO GET YOU TO SIGN UP MONTHLY NO OTHER REASON! BE VERY CAREFUL I WILL NEVER DEAL THERE AGAIN ESPECIALLY IF THEY HAVE TO DEAL WITH YOU DECEITFUL LY.

Oh my God Tommy‘s car wash in Westland sucks. Need new employees to get retrained!!!! I went through to get my car washed. There was an older couple in front of me who decided to keep tapping on their brakes in the car wash, which you should never do in this type of car wash. Hello common sense!!!! but instead they kept tapping on their brakes now it’s causing a big old pile up in the car wash everyone starts hitting their brakes next minute I know. because of this couple in the front of us. cars are starting to bump each other inside the car wash. then the workers come out and say oh this happens all the time. if you do it right and tell the customers please do not hit your brakes. You will cause a pile up inside and make accidents happen.. then I look over inside the window where they tartyhe car wash one lady has sunglasses on and the other lady looking at her nails aren’t you supposed to be watching the machines? I’m sorry, but we need new workers. Better trained at Tommy car washes!!!!!! worst experience ever to get yelled at by the workers and the lady in front of us that caused all the problems by tapping on her brakes. never going back workers are also very rude. Car wash sucks Don’t go there when they are busy. It’s like a goddamn assembly line.

When you go the vacuum, one or both hoses doesnt work. Never see anymore checking them or outside to tell them. Going back to Cheetah Clean

It was my first visit and so I was thrilled the way the Cashier served me, customer oriented, they had a promotion going on, the car was well cleaned, vacuum cleans powerful and so I was impressed. Great environment from my experience. Ms. Erin was the cashier that served. She was well educated when I asked her to explain how the promotion works, and what to expect next. The environment was clean. I went to the one in Alamo Ranch. Prayerfully and hopefully my first experience carries on because I do not like surprises. You all be blessed and do the right think you all will be well. God's blessings.

Used it and 2020 RAV4 was damaged after 1st checking to read signs with NO POSTING Signs saying they are not responsible for damages.Long story short the water jets were not calibrated correctly and and damage without $20 refund for wash was $364.87. Brian Daniels was notified in April & still not paid what I was awarded in small claims court! Over 21 days since last call & voicemail from him, when he lied and said check was in the mail. On 9/17/24 he said girl who writes check is out of the office and he would call me! I have a lien in Rankin County against his property.

No one was paying attention, the cashier and the manager were visiting and visibly distracted. Midwest city location.
Used to go once a week but not anymore. Too many car washes to choose and appreciate your business.

Our son brought his one-month-old Toyota Corolla AWD Hybrid to the new Tommy’s Express in Duluth, MN around the 4th of July 2024. We noticed shortly thereafter that there were deep scratches in a swirl pattern on the right passenger side of the trunk of his new car. These scratches are so bad the trunk must be repainted professionally at a cost of $1200.

The on-site manager at the Duluth, MN Tommy's Express has been polite in our interactions. However, the company's approach to customer service seems to be rooted in obfuscation and delay. This company can act quickly when it comes to charging customers a monthly fee. However, they need a labyrinth of management to approve or act on damage claims.

If we were aware of the considerable number of damage complaints associated with this company, we would have advised our son to take his car elsewhere. The body shop personnel advised us to seek out touch-less car wash facilities in the future to avoid damage to the car's finish.

I just needed to get ice cream that was spilled on the outside back door of my vehicle so I saw this place first and dropped in, as my car was just washed the day prior. The way the GM up soled me was impressive since I’m in sales myself It was a deal I couldn’t pass on. I’m now a member and can wash anytime I’d like to!

BEWARE!! We have been using this car wash because they take Dually trucks. This location is located on Goldenrod Rd. Damage occurred on July 5th on our visit from either the blower or brushes inside the car wash and it forcibly ripped off the side fender strip around the wheel well on the drivers side front. After pulling out from the parking lot and pulling onto Goldenrod Road (1 block away) we heard a noise and realized the strip around the wheel well fell off completely and all the tabs holding the strip in place were snapped off from the force of the car washes brushes or blower. We turned back around to notify the manager at Tommy’s car wash on what had happened. We spoke with Mike the manager on duty and he took all of our contact information and took photos of the damages. Mike then advised us he would be calling us back within the next week of the next steps. We never heard from Tommy’s or Mike the following week so I called to do a follow up. I was advised that he didn’t save the information on his tablet and I needed to provide him the information once again. Highly unprofessional. Mike then advised me he would escalate this to the additional manager of what happened and would call back the following day. Once again I had to initiate the call because he failed to do so again. Mike advised me on that call that Annabelle (unknown position in the company) made a decision that they would not cover the damages to our vehicle . Mike advised me that it happened in their blower and they do not cover damages from their machines on vehicles. This is inexcusable. This is on a 2022 3500 Chevy. I would not recommend this company and I would be cautious as they take no liability. We will not be going back as they are not professional, have poor management and lack poor business practice!
