The shipping is very quick especially knowing it's coming to the USA from the UK. The packaging is phenomenal and I love the tea packet they put in. I have loved all the pens I've gotten from them and seeing they have a highlighter now made my day. It's gorgeous, works so well and I never have to buy a highlighter again!

Tom’s Studio makes the most dreamy pens and inks. Truly heirloom quality.

I started my collection three years ago with the bloom calligraphy pen and subsequently got the black and gold flourish pen as well. Both are really well balanced, easy on the hands when writing for longer periods (add the one dip nib to write longer than ever before), and beautiful. The inks are equally delightful - with really deep hues and don’t clump or separate as some other brands do when not being used every day.

Keep in mind, I did buy my first Tom’s Studio calligraphy pen as an enthusiastic beginner calligrapher and think it helped my desire to practice and therefore increased my uptake on the art form.

I later invested in the lumos duo. The pen writes like a dream and eliminated a bunch of waste I had from my use of the uni-ball vision fine tip pen at work.

Most recently, I got the mechanical pencil and the field mouse pen which have also been fantastic for day to day use and I can’t wait to receive my new Ori highlighters in the coming weeks.

Cannot recommend Tom’s Studio products enough!

Tom's Studio is a lovely site full of beautifully designed items. I bought the mechanical pencil which is just exquisite - streamlined, well balanced and elegant. Also the Lumos (single, I'm not keen on double ended pens) is a lovely pen with nice clean lines and a choice of nibs all of which are smooth and give a sharp line. Then the Wren pen is just gorgeous - neat, compact with a lovely smooth nib. Great selection of inks in sample sizes or full bottles. I think I'm becoming obsessed! Delivery pretty prompt too.

I love Toms products and the new highlighter is fab (I had to have all three). I’m proud to own such a sustainable product.

The products are amazing and I keep going back to them despite the shipping taking way too long to arrive. It's worth it. I bought a wren pen a few months ago with some inks and I just bought another one in a different colour with more inks. It's just addictive. Really good and comfy.

The Ori is - like all the other pens I have from Tom's Studio - perfect. The colours are brilliant and it works very smooth and nicely. I highly recommend the use of these pens!

Tom's Studio makes well designed, high quality writing instruments at a reasonable price. Period. I purchased the Brass Wren which I LOVE and also the Studio Fountain Pen (Love it too). Both write as smooth as butter and are beautifuly designed. Also, my orders arrived faster than expected living in the United States! Both pens were beautifully packaged and I look forward to future purchases at Tom's! I highly recommend if you want affordable, well crafted writing instruments and a wonderful writing experience!

I’ve ordered several times. Items have been beautifully and securely packaged, and are always received quickly. My only “complaint,” if I had one, is that they don’t offer any discounts or incentives for returning customers. I have spent thousands on pens and accessories from Tom’s Studio.

Products are great. Packaging is eco friendly. Each order came with a complimentary tea. I also like that there are pre-arrival emails giving tips and pointers for the product I am awaiting delivery on. Haven't had a need to speak with customer service.

Beautiful pens. I bought the wren as a gift - the owner absolutely loves it. I also have two lumos pens of my own. Love them. Great style, good to hold and write with. Took me a while to find my favourite tip - but I use my pens daily and am very happy.

Since discovering them, I have bought several products from Tom’s Studio and have been impressed by their quality. I am a sucker for brass and recently ordered the brass Wren pen which I have to say is a pleasure to write with. I later obtained an aluminium Wren for work.

I had a minor mishap in the early days and lost the “collet” which is a small plastic tube that holds the writing tip in place! Ordering replacements was a breeze.

Toms Studio make beautiful pens which write fluidly and are endlessly refillable - what’s not to like!

I had been given a wren as a gift, and I loved the way it moved over the paper. Because of that I have treated myself to two more, because I often take notes in different colours. They are all easy to hold, and make writing a pleasure.

I didn't have to wait long for them to arrive. With a slight pen addiction, I am concerned that I may become a frequent customer. Hopefully mainly ink though.

Perfect excellent marvelous! Packaging lovely and thoughtful, pens are best of all time and immediately replaced all my others. Even the little tea they sent with as a bonus was the best tea I've had. Magic, I say!

Such beautiful pens - I have a Wren + Lumos for everyday which are so nice to write with. It’s nice having a sustainable product compared to disposable biros + such high quality.

I also have a field mouse for on the go and just received the Ori high lighters so can’t wait to test those out.

The website is designed well to make ordering easy. Even shipping from overseas the products arrive promptly. The quality and craftsmanship of the items I received was much appreciated. The products are enjoyable to use and create an elevated experience when writing and drawing. The ability to refill and reuse aligns well with my environmental values.

Honestly ranks at the top for customer service let alone the quality of product. Quick, considerate customer service that proves the branding is far beyond a narrative and is truly the Tom’s Studio’s culture through and through. Every product has been stellar, no manufacturing defects, perfectly stunning in real life as they are in the marketing images and the attention to detail is exactly the level that anyone who has fallen in love with a pen or an ink or what they make with them deserves.

I bought the fine liner when I started my graphic design course as I’ve made small switches to more sustainable products through out my home and routine.
Love it and I’m slowly building my collection up of other products from toms store.
