I'm very happy with my first order from Tonecheer website. Items arrived in perfect conditions, very well packed/secured compared to some other companies, the package took some time to reach me but the estimated shipping arrival has been respected, and I was able to track my package easily.
I havn't started yet to build the 2 kits ordered, but I already built one before from this brand and everything was very good, so no doubt it will be the same for these ones.
I will definitely order again !

Wonderfully designed product. Rich in detail and fun to assemble. Building one is like a meditation.

Die Lieferung ging ziemlich schnell, auch wenn es auf 2 Sendungen aufgeteilt wurde. Schade ist nur dass man die Lieferung nicht verfolgen kann.

I loved the Beauty and the Beast build. Instructions were easy to follow and quality was great. Outcome was satisfying.

I've made almost all their book nooks and they are fun to do. Instructions are easy to follow and their customer service is amazing if you have a question or need a replacement part

I discovered Tonecheer first at Joanns arts & crafts 2023. Then through Amazon. And now I just buy direct. I've never had a problem with customer service or kits. There designs have become increasingly user experience friendly. Instructions have expanded to include tear out cheatsheets and multiple languages. Tracking orders is simple with the app. I would recommend this brand over all other booknook brands.

I have ordered several kits from Tonecheer. I receive updates on shipping and receive my items in good condition. The quality is unmatched. If you are on the fence due to the price, it is worth it

Don’t waste your money or time.

Worst service I've ever known. Ignore reasonable requests from customers. I paid a higher shipping fee to receive the goods before Christmas. But the goods were not delivered on time and were even very late. I missed the opportunity to give my child a Christmas gift. Tonecheer denied responsibility, they said it was not their fault and refused to let me return. Hey, be fair to customers and Please do business properly if you want to survive in the market.

I love their products. Most book nooks are really complicated to assemble but not these. Not only are the designs really beautiful, the wood is super sturdy and the pieces fit together perfect. Also the instructions are super clear. I've made 3 of their products (2 book nooks and a box) and I've had a lot of fun each time. 100% recommended! You see these beautiful ads for 3d puzzles and most times they seem to be too good to be true but honestly not with this brand and I find that the products look even better than the ads.
