Egg 2…
I got a price match deal on the Egg 2 bundle from the belfast store.. When I had it paid off, the bundle was sent to and assembled at the coolock branch store. They also fitted my Iso fix and carseat into my car. They were so helpful and great to deal with. I love my pram.. Everything is of the best quality.. ☆☆☆☆☆

Product was delivered and perfect but…
Product was delivered and perfect but requested a note to be put in as was getting it delivered as a gift and no note. Put in. They didn't have a clue who sent it. Bit of a flop.

Our sincere apologies the note was missing from the box.
They are usually printed at the bottom of delivery docket.
On looking into this it does appear the note did not print out on the docket.
This was an error on our part and we take full responsibility.
Again our sincere apologies, and hope not too much inconvenience was caused.

I ordered the maxi cosi hood for car…
I ordered the maxi cosi hood for car seat well ahead of time before our baby was due. It did not arrive on the expected date. We therefore did not have it for when we brought baby home from hospital. We waited 3 weeks after and still no word. I saw from my bank statements that the money had been taken but no update on delivery or anything. I contacted customer care by telephone several times but no one answered. I eventually emailed with my order number and received a response which did not offer any apology and did not even offer a refund on the delivery fee. Even though it was a whole month late and had I not contacted customer care, we probably would not have received the item at all, but yet the money was still taken from my account.
Won't be shopping with Tony Kealys again I'm afraid.

Thank you for your feedback.
I have checked and your order was a pre-order (not in stock at time of ordering) for delivery late August.
I can see that you placed your order 30th July. The goods arrived in stock 20th Aug and your order was dispatched 21st Aug. Delivery was then fulfilled 24th Aug. We would only contact a customer if there was a delay with delivery, but as your order was on schedule this was not necessary.
Our sincere apologies that you had difficulty reaching us via telephone. We are currently experiencing a large volume of queries with customers preferring to shop online enlight of the current situation.

Gaia Serena feeding chair
Bought the Gaia Serena feeding chair & footstool online. Was advised it would take 7-10 days and it arrived within the week. Very happy with the speed of delivery and the chair is absolutely beautiful. The video on the website was really useful and it’s even nicer in person. Will definitely be purchasing more from this store.
