Thanks for your response and to be clear, Kaylie, I did say right from the start it was my Daughter who enrolled in your event. The funds however came from my account, so no doubt it was In The name of Fischer and Flynn, so I do understand your confusion and hopefully you understand, that I will give my life for the life of my child so they never have to suffer.
I haven't actually received the refund as yet but I would like to say I appreciate that you have returned the money.
I would also like you to know my Daughter is over the moon, she is currently studying an online course, to become a Mental Health First Aider, Her name is Shaura and she loves to learn even though she has her own mental health struggles, she works hard and loves to help others, she can now buy all the Art and Craft supplies she needs for her course plus some :)
The YOUTH I support all struggle in today's world with little hope for a brighter future, but my Organisation is an out reach program that support in any way we can the Youths on the ground.
So again THANK YOU for showing us all that if a mistake is made, we can make it right, we can always chose to do right, even when we did wrong especially in our youth and that in itself is a GREAT lesson to teach.

Another one star review!
There is a reason there are so many one star reviews! Love Tony, but everything else around Tony is dysfunctional or non existent.
He has a staff that will sell and take your money, but that's it. Everything else is AI and never a resolution.
Tony lied about having an AI that you can converse with just as you are having a conversation with him. It doesn't exist. False advertising.
If you have attended one of Tony's events, there is no new information in forty years. The info is the same as he delivered forty years! The only thing new was Tony AI. So, I spent $1000 to buy the program so I could have the access to Tony AI. And, Tony AI doesn't exist. What a waste of money. When I first contacted them, they said Tony AI was still in development. Now that I know Tony AI doesn’t exist, I asked for a refund. The AI told me it’s too late because the refund window closed! The window closed while they were still working on Tony AI!
Pointless conversing with an AI. It doesn't resolve problems. But, if you want to buy something, you get to talk to a real person and then that's the last time you will talk to a real person. All communications is with an AI. The email responses are identical, email after email after email. Identical wording! No resolution. No solution.
Keep moving. Do not stop here. They will gladly take your money and pressure you to buy and then nothing!
If there are problems, as you will read from other one star reviews, there is not a real person to talk to. There is never a resolution.

Really disappointed customer service…
Really disappointed customer service and I don’t trust in the free book offered in the website unshakable, it never arrived. Email was not send about the tracking number and when I contacted customer service just said it was send already, no proofs of delivery, no tracking number sent. And no refund done. So I don’t trust giving my card number to the website. False advertising

UHPW with KK was amazing
I really enjoyed Unleash Her Power Within, before that I had only taken free Tony Robbins course. I thought the whole course was really well done and the energy of the lead coach - Karissa Kouchis was amazing. She consistently gave two hundred percent and hyped everyone up. I really loved hearing about her journey through the different iterations of the course.
I was sad to learn that Karissa has parted ways RRI and was on a "sabbatical of sorts". I wish her all the best things in the world. I'm the type of person who tends to notice the negative more than the positive but this course as led by KK made me change the way I looked at the world. I am moving forward even if it is only 2mm at a time!
The version of UHPW that I took was an 8 week course with a live session each week and the opportunity to ask questions, plus Q&A session for VIPs. There was also a power session with other attendees after each session. The course aimed to embed the principles that Tony teaches in UPW, so that you get the most out of that event. I would recommend this course, but it was a live event so the recordings were only available for 2 weeks or so after the lives ended.
The new version of UHPW from Aug 24 is 4 mentoring sessions with Sage Robbins, plus and integration workshop after UPW. Sage has a very different energy to KK. I think UHPW is something everyone should do at least once but do your research and don't just buy stuff because someone on the internet told you so!

Changed My Life and My Business
I've attended and participated in numerous events with Tony Robbins, including fantastic Unleash Her Power Within, Unleash the Power Within (both virtually and in-person), many free Challenges and events, and most recently, Business Mastery this past week. Unleash Her Power Within was life changing! I signed up to hear a certain guest speaker and came out 8 weeks later a different person. The tools they provide, wisdom, real life testimonials, a sisterhood like no other, and teachings that have you living each day to your fullest potential that God created me to be!
