I have placed 4 or 5 orders with Tools Store Direct and every time they have been very helpful and kept me updated on the status of my orders. They always answered the phone when I have called. And done their very best to get my items to me A.S.A.P. Sure some orders have taken a bit longer but they do order some of the tools direct from the manufacturer as they understandably can't keep everything in stock so that can't be helped. They definitely have the cheapest prices around and every order I have placed has arrived in perfect condition and the tools are 100% genuine. The staff are very helpful and polite. And when I have called them about an order or out of stock item query they have made contact with the manufacturer for a lead time or any possible delays on the items I have ordered.
They have always returned my call with an order or item update. All round great reliable company that sell high quality tools for the best possible prices around. I will definitely be doing business with Tool Store Direct in the future.

Paid for delivery which was 2-3 days. Took them 2 days to tell me they were missing one of the items but we're going to send the rest, fair enough. It then took them another 9 days to tell me they have cancelled my order and haven't sent anything at all.

Good prices and a good selection, just wasn't a great experience unfortunately.

Advertise a product and take money from you although knowingly that product is out of stock!!!

Unacceptable customer service, and totally inept staffing.

They are quick to take your money, yet also assuming that due to their ineptness, it will take up to 5 working days to get a refund, meaning that you cannot get a replacement product from somewhere else until they do so!!!

This is highly unacceptable, and quite frankly unreasonable on this companies behalf.

I purchased a draper sprayer from this company and they have twice given me a no quibble replacement for genuinely faulty parts.
Thank you for taking a little bit of the hassle out of life :)

Would thoroughly recommend Toolstore - orders are always fulfilled on time and very efficiently.

Good prices, easy website and ordering, delivered on time and good communication throughout.

Bought a battery Makita grinder.
£20 cheaper than Amazon ( not hard I know) and £10 cheaper than I could find online.
Arrived quickly well packaged and used that day.
No issues. Second time used this company and will use again.

Order placed 6/10 (all items showing in stock on website) - 3-5 days delivery

Called 11/10 to chase up order as I still only have an order confirmation, order was updated while on the phone to show as posted and an invoice sent to my email.

“We have been waiting on a Knipex shipment”

- funny that the “shipment” arrived the day before I called up and my order was now “ready” to be posted.

So I have waited a week for them to even dispatch and no one even bothered to contact me, had I known of the delay I would have cancelled the whole order.

The order was finally shipped 12/10 and will likely be returned.

Extremely poor customer service, will be avoiding in the future!

Monday - 1 working day
Tuesday - 2 working days
Wednesday - 3 working days
Thursday - 4 working days
Friday - 5 working days

The following Monday was “6” working days

In case it isn’t clear “6” is bigger than “5”.

And to be honest my biggest issue was that no one contacted me to inform me that you were waiting on a shipment.

I didn’t even receive an invoice until I enquired!

I opted for the free delivery option and was pleasantly surprised when it arrived 2 days after ordering
