The product does what it says on the packet. I have used it for a few years now. Last month I met with someone from an organic gardening organisation and she said that this is the product they suggest to anyone asking for a solution to the problem whilst still remaining organic. My box hedges look great!

Good delivery and product works really well

I was at my wits end, I was certain my box hedging and box topiary was dead or dying but since the first treatment I can see some tiny new leaves developing and the dead looking stems turning green. Fantastic ! We are now in recovery time but I will keep a close eye on a possible return and will treat again soon. Thank you

The blight on the shrubs and hedge is very bad.
Just hope they recover?

Easy to order. I appreciated the apology for a delayed delivery. Cross fingers, but if seems the treatment works.

This product works, kills the box caterpillar.
Going to have to do 2 lots of spraying . Good that it does not harm wildlife except the box caterpiller.

The Box caterpillar treatment after 3 rounds has had no visible effect with caterpillars continuing to enjoy the leaves

Item delivered next day but one without asking or paying for a speedy dispatch. Effectiveness of the treatment is yet to be seen.

After chasing my order, I received it 3 weeks after the order was made. The condition it was in when it arrived was very poor. I bought the set of 3 items, caterpillar killer, leaf and root fertilisers. All 3 containers were severely damaged, with the bottom of one pot hanging off, the box of caterpillar killer squashed flat and the largest pot had the lid hanging off and half the contents missing. Both pots had been stuck down with tape, but the largest was only held in place, not closed, so the contents emptied. I have no idea what it was dispatched in, but Royal Mail had transfered it into one of their plastic bags. This was obviously not packaged correctly to come to the UK. I have received no response to the multiple emails sent regarding the state their product was in when received. So it was a waste of money as only half a pot of root fertiliser was received and I have no airtight container for the other leaf fertiliser as it has no bottom!
This is to the supplier: your customer service is appallingly. Look at all these complaints about no replies to emails and late deliver without apologies. I will not be buying from you again

The delivery went wrong. After approx 2 wks the order was delivered at topbuxus again. Topbuxus doesn't respond on emails and not able to call them.

Product is top de levering was deze keer in mineur. Leveringspunt op paar minuutjes van ons. Maar afgeleverd in Duffel meer dan 20 minuten rijden

Usefull product!! Faster delivery.

Het is een goed product tegen de buxusmot en is niet schadelijk voor vogels. Het enige nadeel is dat men het product meerdere keren per jaar moet gebruiken
