Ik heb twee keer een vraag gesteld over dit product via de website en geen reactie ontvangen. Ik verwacht van een topbedrijf toch een betere klantvriendelijkheid.

Still waiting for order to arrive. Not the best customer service.

I was a first time buyer on TopBuxus drawn in by many recommendations. I placed an order, in desperation as the caterpillars were emerging and I normally try to manage manually, but this year was overwhelming. I had never heard of TopBuxus before and I was excited it may help me. I was particularly drawn in because of the next day delivery promise, as I needed it ASAP.

I placed before 2 pm/4pm as the notes specified, got an acknowledgement - and then nothing. No despatch notice, nothing. After 3 working days passed, I checked Trustpilot and saw many bad reviews about delivery. Being a nervous person, I honestly started to think I'd gone to a fake site, or that the company were in financial difficulties and I'd never see my money again. In the meantime, I manually removed around 2-300 caterpillars in desperation. I emailed the company - nothing. I emailed again - nothing. Then finally - a week later, I got a despatch notice: no apology, no acknowledgement of the delay.

The goods finally arrived over a week late and by that time, the temperature had radically dropped below the required 15 degrees and therefore too late to use/work. Today, nearly 3 weeks after I placed the order, I get a "round robin" email apologising and saying that the delays in delivery were caused by a change in their shipping process. Not good enough, you should have taken the time to respond to customer emails when they contacted you, not when the problem was over. I spent a very worried week, watching my card thinking I'd been scammed. And worse - my hedge is now decimated. To say my experience with this company was bad, is an understatement.

Great products that actually work - and a user friendly website. Topbuxus is highly recommended.

still haven't received my order, if not here by next week will do charge back on my credit card for refund, over 2 weeks waiting ,needed the stuff to keeps my bushes alive and have ended up buying some of ebay due to this order not arriving. bit of joke when these caterpillars can kill the bushes within days send me my order or refund it

Topbuxus is an excellent product and is unique in its ability to effectively eradicate box plant caterpillars.

Finally received the products on the 19th May!

I ordered and paid 2 products with reference Order TBX205938 on the 10th May 2026. Despite a number of emails I have not received any information as to when I will receive them. I have experienced a very poor customer service!

I had been recommended TopBuxus but couldn't find what I wanted elsewhere so went direct.

Always efficient at sending out purchases. Very good product now that the dreaded box moth is now settled in the UK.
I would like to see a discount available to long time purchasers as we now have to buy every year for the foreseable future.

2. Not manning telephone lines
3. Compensation only 10% future order

The order took a long time to be dispatched and when it arrived it was badly packed so the tub of granules had split and was all in the black bag it was packed in
Not sure about the effectiveness of the product as it’s not been on the plants long enough
