Good product, good price, fast delivery.

Quick delivery and had impact on active infestation within hours

I ordered a little bit late in the afternoon but they send it right away, so the delivery was the next day already
Very good product. It works very quick and it is safe for birds and other insects

Looking at the number of one star reviews over the last 3-4 weeks, this company would appear to be having severe problems, even if it is actually still in business. I have not received my order or any email notifying dispatch and, furthermore, I have not had any replies to my subsequent emails to customer services. In the meantime my box hedge is withering away and I'm at the point of reporting this failure to deliver to the Paypal Resolution Centre.

The order finally arrived together with an apology for problems over a change of delivery agents. The product is excellent but Topbuxus did itself no favours by failing to communicate with its customers until very late in the day during this period of delivery issues. Hopefully this issue is behind them and they can be unreservedly recommended.

We have been using Topbuxus products for many years on a large quantity of box plants. We have had great success in greening up the plants and polishing off the caterpillars! Unfortunately our most recent experience concerned the price quoted on the EU site (we happened to be abroad when ordering) versus the price actually charged in GBP. We sent two emails asking for clarification and did not receive anything like a satisfactory reply. Disappointing because they could have resolved the query in 2 minutes

Order came fairly quickly and seems to have worked dealing with the caterpillar problem.

Never received anything even though you sent a message saying it had been delivered

Easy to order and quick to arrive. Product was quite effective, needed two sprays to get all the caterpillars.

I’ve been using this for several years and helps keep the box caterpillars at bay, you need to be watchful but I’ve managed to save my box
