Ho acquistato delle travi ferma pallet, pensando di trovare una qualità superiore ne ho acquistate direttamente il numero di cui ne avevo bisogno, sono arrivate delle travi vuote, troppo flessibili, praticamente è come non aver nulla a fermare i pallet. (movimento carta igienica - poco peso). Alle mie richieste di rimborso e/o di sostituzione mi hanno comunicato che i pezzi acquistati non erano sostituibili ne rimborsabili poiché li avevo (giustamente) montati per testarli. In seguito ho dovuto sostituire tutte le travi ferma pallet con altre nuove e di un'altra qualità nettamente superiore, acquistate da un'azienda italiana e pagandole LA META'!

Nach Bestellung und Rechnung hat man erstmal 3-4 Tage nichts gehört, keine Bestätigung über Zahlungseingang o.ä.

Lieferung und Produkte waren aber alles in Ordnung. Nicht ganz so schnell wie versprochen aber schnell genug.

WARNUNG: Unbefriedigende Erfahrung mit Defekten Produkten

Wir möchten andere vor unseren Erfahrungen mit einem Unternehmen warnen, das defekte Produkte verkauft, ohne angemessene Lösungen zu bieten. Unser Unternehmen hat fast 4000 € für einen elektrischen Stapler und eine Scheuersaugmaschine ausgegeben. Beide Produkte weisen jedoch Mängel auf; insbesondere ist die Scheuersaugmaschine völlig unbrauchbar.

Die wiederholte Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Unternehmen bezüglich dieser Probleme hat uns viel Zeit und Frustration gekostet. Darüber hinaus hat es unserem Unternehmen finanziell geschadet, da wesentliche Arbeiten wie das Entfernen von Paletten aus Regalen aufgrund der defekten Ausrüstung nicht durchgeführt werden konnten.

Nach monatelanger Kommunikation bat uns das Unternehmen, ein Video von den Problemen zu machen, was wir auch taten. Anschließend wurde die Scheuersaugmaschine abgeholt, aber kurz darauf wurden wir informiert, dass das Produkt nicht defekt sei und ein Umtausch oder eine vollständige Rückerstattung nicht möglich sei. Das Unternehmen bot an, nur 50% zurückzuzahlen, unter der Bedingung, dass sie die Teile der Maschine verwenden dürfen.

Darüber hinaus wurden wir mit rechtlichen Schritten bedroht, sollten wir unsere Erfahrungen öffentlich machen.

Diese Situation ist für uns beispiellos, und wir fühlen uns betrogen. Wir raten anderen, sorgfältig zu überlegen, bevor sie Geschäfte mit diesem Unternehmen machen. Die Art und Weise, wie dieses Unternehmen mit seinen Kunden umgeht, scheint uns rechtlich fragwürdig. Wir beabsichtigen, rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.

WARNING: Unsatisfactory Experience with Defective Products

We wish to alert others about our experience with a company that sells defective products without providing adequate solutions. Our company spent nearly €4000 on an electric stacker and a scrubbing machine. However, both products have defects; notably, the scrubbing machine is completely unusable.

Repeatedly contacting the company regarding these issues has resulted in significant time and frustration. Moreover, it has financially harmed our business, as essential tasks such as removing pallets from racks could not be completed due to the faulty equipment.

After months of communication, the company asked us to make a video of the problems, which we did. Subsequently, the scrubbing machine was collected, but soon after we were informed that the product was not defective and exchange or full reimbursement was not possible. The company offered to refund only 50%, on the condition that they could use the parts of the machine.

Furthermore, we were threatened with legal action if we were to make our experiences public.

This situation is unprecedented for us, and we feel cheated. We advise others to think carefully before doing business with this company. The way this company handles its customers seems to us legally questionable. We intend to take legal action.

Ho acquistato diverso Materiale, posso dire che il materiale come scaffali sono discreti. Struttura ok ma piani di appoggio pesanti e in materiale scarso

Il problema principale è il POST VENDITA, assistenza lenta, ti fanno molte domande per cercare di non sostituire il prodotto.

GARANZIA sulle batterie solamente 6 mesi.

Personalmente eviterò futuri acquisti in quanto il POST VENDITA non ha qualità come altri rivenditori online.

Bestilte på deres hjemmesiden uden problemer og betalte med PayPal. Dagen efter fik jeg en mail på dansk, med at de skulle have mit moms-nummer, ellers kunne jeg ikke købe. Da jeg er privatmand, måtte jeg annullere min ordre. Jeg fik hurtigt svar, igen på dansk og de lovede at annullere min PayPal betaling. Der gik et par dage, så var min betaling annulleret. Selv om det er et tysk firma var servicen god og på dansk, og der var fuldt styr på tilbagebetalingen uden snyd og fup. Men det burde stå tydeligere at man skal have dansk moms-nummer for at må købe. Men alt i alt fin service, trods alt.

Bestilte en El Truck, betalte og 7 hverdage efter, ankom leverandør med trucken, så alt i alt en god oplevelse.
Alt kommunikation foregik på dansk både på mail og tlf.

Det er et tyskfirma og jeg var skeptisk men tilbuddet var for godt så jeg bestilte og til min glædelige overraskelse fik jeg leveret en el gaffelstabler 5 dage senere som aftalt. Så kun gode anbefalinger herfra.
