Customer service is excellent
Customer service is excellent. They always have been excellent. From when we visited the showroom. They were informative, led us to buying a Stuv. Excellent Installation team and after sales care. The log deliveries as well. I wish every company was as efficient and caring as TOPSTACK.

I returned to getting my firewood from TopStak this year after a not-so-good experience with another business last year. TopStak make it easy to order and to arrange delivery. The wood is also excellent quality and competitively priced.

Ordered items but out of stock.Was kept informed when item back in stock.Ordered and deliverd on date as asked.
Items were well packed and secure.

From initial contact with James to the installation of the wood burner, everything went perfect..
Fantastic selection of stoves at their premises and James ensured we purchased the right stove for the house.
The two installers were fantastic, extremely professional and courteous and nothing was too much trouble.
I have no reservations in wholeheartedly recommending Topstak…

Could do better
Delivered on time but the logs were very large ( much more so than previous deliveries) . I raised this with Topstak but they said it’s the luck of the draw! I have had to split a large number of logs myself.

As explained during our phone call, unfortunately with the locally sourced seasoned wood we cannot guarantee the width of the log, only the length we can cut it to.
The only way to guarantee a smaller width is to order the kiln dried logs. If this is acceptable to you, we will update your delivery record to note a 10% discount on your first order of kiln dried logs.

ordered pipe and fittings but weren't compatible with our existing fitting. Returned and refunded quickly. The quality of pipe was excellent, even though I didn't use it!

usually the bell rings, we have a chat and the logs are delivered. I give the guy a good tip
this time he was about to do a runner when I heard him in the street leaving the logs at the bottom of our stairs
