Total Lifting Services Ltd Opiniões

Excellent company, great communication and helped us lift our customers hot tub into position.

Reliable and good communication.

Absolute first class service to making me more comfortable the crane lift was doable and actually executing the job. Special mention for Reece who did a very professional job with little stress for me the customer. Highly recommend this firm

Excellent service by far the best crane company I have used to lift glass to a roof top. Crane driver arrived on time and did not waste anytime and done the job to perfection. Also the time from arranging the lift was extremely quick and got prompt responses.

Great experience, driver had excellent knowledge of how to manoeuvre and operate the crane effectively to ensure everything went event free. Very happy with the customer service received, will definitely use again and very happy to recommend to others.

No fuss and no problems. Easy to book, very supportive and helpful service. Would use again.

I've never used a crane before and as this was to lift a potted olive tree 35 meters back to my garden from my front drive and over my house I was petrified.
I need not have been however, the professionalism from my initial call to James at Total Lifting, the way the job was explained, the time frame to do it in, the map of my house grounds and the maths involved all graphically displayed to me via satellite images and graphs totally sold TL as a company to me
I was told 20 minutes ish to complete, the job took exactly that pretty much, it was a smooth, very exciting experience watching it with my neighbours who too were impressed as it passed between 2 houses.
Peter, the 1 man operator of the crane, explained the whole process on the ground, how the machine worked, what it could do, the remote box he uses what the readings meant, it was mind blowing these machines know everything to the weight as it changes, the wind, the speed and more, his control was impeccable, not a blemish anywhere on my property or my neighbours, Peter was a total professional.

It was my own fault I'd put myself in a position I needed a crane, however the cost was totally worth it to me in the end to get TL to move it for me with zero effort by me and yes, I'd use them and nobody else if I needed their services again, which I may very well do if I want a pre built garden room or extension lifted over my house to the back.
A top company, with top workers and with state of the art technology.
No need to look anywhere else for crane work.
Thankyou James, Karen and Peter

Excellent friendly turned up on time even earlier and supposed to completed the job. Can ask more price not too bad to take the market a bit more hundred pound less would’ve been better laugh out loud.

Excellent service – great price, great comms, great on the day. I highly recommend

Very good company. Efficient, reasonable, and good communication. I came there by a family recommendation. No hesitation in recommending.

Total Lifting Services were a last minute booking and despite the short notice, performed beyond expected. Carried out a site visit within 48 hrs, produced all the necessary paperwork with no issues and even managed to accommodate the start being delayed by a day at short notice. The operatives that carried out the contract lifts for us where prompt friendly and helpful.
I would have no issues using them again should the need arise.

100% recommended, great costumer service, they were able to guide us to the procedure.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Total Lifting Services and I cannot praise them enough for their exceptional customer service. From the outset, their communication was clear and responsive, showing a great deal of flexibility to accommodate our needs. It was truly remarkable how they managed to deliver a machine to our site with only about 12 hours' notice, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The team at Total Lifting Services was not only super helpful and nice, but they also exemplified professionalism and expertise that sets them apart as a credit to the industry. Whether you're dealing with urgent needs or planning for future projects, Total Lifting Services is undoubtedly a reliable partner you can count on for lifting solutions. Their outstanding service has made a significant impact on our operations, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch lifting services.
