Bought shoes that ended up too wide & returned the shoes the next day via USPS. They wouldn't accept them or allow an exchange for the right size. I had to pay for shipping. To ship them back to me they wanted to charge an additional fee. Lousy service in the store and post. Would stay away from these merchants.

Really great experience
I ordered a candle and a diffuser by Aery living, usually really expensive but price was amazing on totem.store compared to everywhere else. I was a little wary initially because of low price, low reviews of site etc but took a punt and I'm so impressed! Wanted to leave a review as I think it's well deserved. Shipped that same day (Friday) and arrived first thing Monday morning with standard shipping. Very impressed and email communication was really good.

Great customer service
Fast delivery. Item not quite what I wanted, the colour was not as I thought but its always difficult to judge a colour on screen. Quality of item was excellent so will be exchanging for another colour.
Customer service has been brilliant, really helpful and responsive.

Arrived on time
Arrived on time. This is the second time I've used them. I brought yellow tea caddys. The first one was too small, my fault, I didn't look at the measurements. The next size up is just right. Would use them again.

Great product and service
I loved the product I ordered, it was exactly what I wanted for a shaving soap and bowl.
Le Baigneur have managed to make a natural soap that lathers really well with a brush despite lacking palm oil or things like SLS, but it also moisturises and smells amazing. The Limoges porcelain bowl is really nice quality.
Service from Totem was good, there were some delays to delivery but they communicated clearly why this was and what they were doing to expedite delivery. They ended up giving me free delivery, which was nice of them considering they didn’t appear to be at fault.

Though I had not received my parcel in a timely fashion I received a very kind message from David at Totem explaining the delay which I was most appreciative of and I would certainly use Totem again. Thank you and look forward to receiving the package.

Andrew, I would like to apologies for the delay. Unfortunately, due to the current situation with COVID, more people are ordering online and restrictions are applied to the delivery services which create a saturation, they are struggling to keep up with the volume.
I wish I could do something to speed it up but unfortunately, it is out of our control. Be assured that I will make sure to follow your package and that you should receive it soon enough.
