Business in Shambles
Recently, I had an interview for a job and since I entered the building it was crystal-clear that the practice manager had opposition already. It was a glare of detestation and I am deeply disappointed with my experience at this establishment. The manager's behavior was completely unacceptable, as I felt judged and discriminated against based on my race. This kind of treatment is not only unprofessional but also deeply hurtful. No one should have to endure such prejudice, especially in a place of business. I strongly urge others to avoid this place and hope that the management takes serious steps to address this discriminatory behavior.
During the visit, I was appointed to an interview which basically hadn't taken place, which wasted my time and fuel. I was asked two open questions and from my achieved qualifications, which was relevant to the field of dentistry. I was surprised to witness mockery of these qualifications although it provides a useful role in the dentistry. The practice manager who gave me this opportunity to assert myself into this establishment had seemed to act as this serious occupation was a joke and I was starting to think that I was brought here to be their assigned comedian of their place. Absolutely disgraceful!
FYI: This will be passed to the GDC as I am registered.
