Friendly welcoming and helpful
I went in looking for a device which they didn’t have in stock in the Coventry store. Steve rang the other store that had it in stock and made arrangements for it to be posted to my house!
Customer service was 100% in my opinion.

So after having smoked for nearly 16…
So after having smoked for nearly 16 years the guys at the vape shop introduced me to disposable vapes and I managed to quit!! Since then, the guys have also guided me on the best vapes to buy and juices to try! Highly recommend, both in store and online ordering is just as smooth! Don’t ever change - not often you find a shop that provides a friendly customer experience!

Absolutely terrible shop with shocking service and devices. Device blew up on me after 3 1/2 months and the manager didn’t care one bit. Refused to do anything about it even though I’d been in and reported issues with it previously. Kept on being told it’s normal up to the point the warranty ran out.
Also, the devices are extremely over priced. Went to a different local store after and found devices at half the price and better quality. Wish I knew that before ever stepping foot in this horrid place.

As we have already stated,
After speaking with the team, we can conclude the product was bought back in July, you returned to the store having issues after you were using the wrong kind of e-liquid. We informed you of this and tried to help you get the most out of your device.
You then came back demanding a refund or exchange, which you are well within your rights to, our return policy is 3 months, provided you have the receipt and the original box, which you are informed of at point of sale, as is the case within the industry. This is listed in store, on your receipt and on our website. You couldn’t provide this nor did you have an account with us to track the sale. You then got very aggressive with our staff member, swearing at them and getting violent. We do not accept this kind of behaviour.
Had you not acted in this way we may have been more inclined to help you, the device in question we have sold thousands of and have never had this issue so we would have taken this problem very seriously and done whatever we could to have rectified it. We also sell the device at £19.99, which matches the online price, therefore very competitive for a retail store, rather than £24.99 which is the standard rate at every other shop.
We also have kits in that same category at £34.99, £39.99 and £54.99, it’s unrealistic to expect a starter kit at this price point to last for a long period of time. Saying that, you still get our 3-month warranty, our attitude to warranty we would put up against anyone else in the city.
We do not manufacture anything, but still offer a very generous warranty as a "retailer" of three months, the manufacturer directly may offer 12 months. We are just retailers. All clients are advised at point of sale verbally and also written on the receipts about warranty period with receipts and box.
If you are still unhappy, return to the store and we will happily refund you in total.

Fantastic first experience
I decided to order from here thanks to a friend recommending. I'm still struggling to go into stores so, being able to order online was helpful (although, needed to spend £40 for free delivery!) However, I'm really happy with what I've received. I had a call from my local store to advise me of an item that was out of stock and they were so friendly, I love some good customer service. I would fully recommend so far and will certainly use again. Hoping to find the courage to go in store next time. Thank you

Excellent products and helpful messages from staff. Slight delay in shipping due to jubilee couriers, but I was compensated by the shipping charge being refunded and a 20% discount code in my parcel.
