J'ai dû réfléchir longtemps avant de prendre la décision de venir faire mes soins dentaires ici à Istanbul.
J'ai opté pour la clinique TOWER DENTAL ISTANBUL, je ne le regrette pas au contraire je suis ravie du résultat.
Je te à remercier particulièrement le personnel très accueillant avec une gentillesse incroyable.
Je remercie le professeur Celal pour limplantion de 4 implants zygomatiques en 2 heures , c'est phénomènal !!! Sans oublier le chirurgien Etomoglu et le docteur Gurkan .
Enfin, je remercie mon ami et frère Bilal qui a été à notre disposition depuis le début.

Really great from start to finish. I went in to get some old crowns removed and get a more natural set put in its place. Dr Gurtan was very helpful, as was everybody in the clinic. I’m very happy with the results. Thank you 🙏🏻

What can I say? Tower Dental was the best choice for me.
I had an accident which made me lose a couple of important teeth, and as thus needed an emergency dental treatment ASAP.
I found them online amongst many others not just in Turkey but other countries also.
After WhatsApp (online) consultations and a couple of back and forth discussions/ questions with the medical consultant (wonderful chap called Andrew), I felt the most comfortable and confident in making them my preferred choice. ...A lot of others you see online are more interested in offering you fictitious discounts to rope you in, while Tower Dental is focused more on the optimal functionality of your dental health, strength and appearance which is what I was interested in.
I flew in from Nigeria without hesitation, Bilal; the Coordination Director ensured I was picked up from the airport and checked into my hotel in a timely and seamless manner (NB: You will end up calling him Bilal-Bae by the end of your treatment :D - fantastic lad).
On arrival at the clinic I was welcomed by the very pleasant Īlayda and served tasty turkish tea by the delightful Ms Neşe.
For the 6days my treatment took,(surprisingly short, to my delight), I was tended to by the most professional Dr Gürkan, Dr Nazlı and Assistant Emine amongst others. I cannot overstate the level of their professionalism, they made me feel very comfortable and at ease considering I can be quite squirmish. This I cannot thank them enough for.
Lest I keep rambling on about how pleasant and professional all the staff are, I close by stating that this has been my best dental clinic experience and I will definitely be back for periodic check ups because they are that good.

We are very satisfied with this dental clinic. We had dental implants and surgery, and everything was handled very professionally and with great care. The dentist explained everything clearly and made us feel comfortable throughout the treatment.

I’m only halfway through my treatment at Tower Dental, so this is not a final review, but I do feel they deserve some feedback on my experience so far.

I have had a serious dental phobia for most of my life. It started with a very bad experience as a child and was reinforced by a number of difficult experiences over the years, so by the time I came to Tower Dental that fear was very firmly established.

My first stage of treatment was extensive. I had all of my upper teeth removed, multiple implants placed and a great deal of stitching. It was not an easy procedure or an easy recovery, but given how much was done, I feel I have been very well looked after.

What has stood out most for me is the combination of professionalism, experience and kindness. The team have taken my phobia seriously, listened to me and adapted the treatment so that I can actually manage it. Sedation has made it possible for me to undergo treatment that I would otherwise simply not have been able to face.

For the first time in my life, I feel that I can relax and trust the dentist treating me. That is a very big thing for me.

Andrew has also been excellent at keeping in touch, answering questions and helping us understand the next stage of treatment.

I still have the second stage to complete, but I feel confident that I am going to get a good outcome. Given how frightened I am of dental treatment and how extensive the work has been, I think that says a great deal about the standard of care I have received.

I enjoyed the process. The interpreters were extremely helpful with great attitudes.
There was some misunderstanding about the length t he of time before I could use Mt temporary appliance. But otherwise the service, staff and facilities were great.
The technology overall was good.
I believe it to better in the U.S., but...much more expensive in the U.S.

I did a lot of research before choosing a dentist in Türkiye and I couldn’t be happier. Tower Dental is first class! Airport and hotel accommodation and transportation all included. From the moment you walk in you will be greeted by a very friendly staff and professional doctors. I did the full mouth all on six and the results are amazing! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for dental work. Thank you Tower Dental!!!!!

Mă bucur ca am ales această clinică !
Doaream doar implanturile la cele cinci măsele lipsă . Dar convingerea ca pot alege “un zâmbet hollywoodian “ ☺️ , m-a făcut să merg mai departe cu lucrare completă . Și așa am obținut acel zâmbet destul de ușor .
Dedicarea doamnei doctor și energia pozitivă care o simți de cum te privește a făcut ca totul să fie foarte ușor .
Materiale de calitate , igiena , grija , personalul atent , atenție …. Experiență și rezultat de calitate .

Very efficient professional and well priced. Especially by comparison to Australian costs. The dentist was fast, Dr Tugba explained everything clearly to me and also made me feel relaxed especially as I am a little anxious to attend dentists. I felt absolutely no pain and I have a nice new crown. I recommend the practice.

Dr. Hakim was the best. I have a smile I have never had my entire life. Highly recommend coming here I did all the way from Miami and have no regrets!!! Money well spent

Sub : Pathetic service and Malpractice at Tower Dental Clinic
I am writing this review as a warning to other health tourists. My experience with Tower Dental Clinic (Bakırköy/İstanbul) has been a nightmare involving "Bait and Switch" fraud and gross clinical negligence.
1. Brand Fraud (Implant Substitution):
I traveled from Canada after being promised Swiss-made Nobel Biocare implants in writing. However, while on the operating table in December 2024, I discovered the surgeon was installing USA-manufactured implants instead. Despite my immediate protests during surgery, they proceeded without my consent. This is a clear violation of consumer rights.
2. Clinical Malpractice:
In October 2025, a dentist installed a misshapen Zirconium crown. Instead of taking a new impression, she aggressively ground down the crown until it was structurally compromised. Despite my warnings, they permanently cemented it. As predicted, the crown suffered a catastrophic fracture within 6 months. A Canadian dentist has since confirmed it is non-repairable and must be replaced immediately to prevent infection.
3. Financial Loss & Lack of Accountability:
This negligence has caused me over $25,000 CAD in damages, including travel, lost wages, and the cost of corrective surgery in Canada. The clinic refuses to take responsibility, hiding behind a "guarantee" that doesn't cover their own professional incompetence.
I have filed official complaints with the Turkish Ministry of Health and the Turkish Dental Association (TDB). I have full evidence, including WhatsApp records, photos of the incorrect implant packaging taken in the surgery room, and the fractured crown.
Avoid this clinic at all costs. They prioritize profit over medical ethics and patient safety.

This clinic was very good Dr Hakan Giney and his ass Emine were excellent! The support team was also great and hotel pick up and hotel was a great choice too!

Ma chirurgienne dr Tugba Akan incroyable c’est la perfection dans tout ses geste un travail incroyablement bien fait , assistée de Emine et tout pareil professionnalisme au max ! Le tout assiste de Bilal le coordinateur que je taris d’éloges tant il est pro !!! Tower Dental Clinic les 5 étoiles ne sont pas suffisantes pour dire le bien que j’en pense !!! Sans oublier ilayda harm a la réception un accueil d’une gentillesse qui fait du bien . Ici la bienveillance et le professionnalisme font bon ménage !!!! Je recommande avec bonheur
