Terrible overall experience with this clinic. I will start off with saying they are completely unorganized, unprofessional, and you will be waiting 3 hours plus to even be seen by one of the dentists (despite having an appointment booked months ahead). Second, no soul really speaks English, except the clinic Manager who is not even present most of the time and conveniently hides upstairs in the office. Third-( most important part) they are very INCOMPETENT. ALL my 3 implants placed here got Infected severely, due to incorrect size of implants used, NO healing cap ( which is standard protocol), and false depth ratio into the bone. They also screwed up my sinus lift badly. I have spent triple the amount now to remove the infected implants, including the adjacent tooth to one of the implants that got infected which lead to extraction as well. The stubborn phony manager , is refusing to make it right and is not issuing any refund, I have PAID in full for negligent work done. They will do anything to cover up their reckless work, it will cause permanent damage to your health and mouth! Beware of the fake reviews, pictures of so called "happy" patients its all a gimmick to lure people into their butcher clinic! The Reuters article is also a phony and totally FAKE mention of their clinic , they definitely paid for that news coverage to brag about it !

My husband and I both traveled from the US for treatment last year after researching, booking and canceling at a couple of different clinics in a couple of different countries. I am absolutely certain that we made the right choice by going to Tower Dental.

I had ten implants, with bone graph and sinus lift, giving me a fully new set of tops and bottoms. They are gorgeous. And quite natural looking. I really couldn't be happier - this is everything I was hoping it would be!

Everyone at Tower was so easy to work with, from the fantastic drivers that pick you up and drop you off from all of your appointments and the airport, to their office staff and medical personnel. Everyone was nice and helpful and were there to help us with any concerns that we had, both while we were in Turkey and back home in the States.

Even though I had only heard good things about the hotel they use, we decided not to stay there and instead took some extra time and got an apartment for our two trips. Tower picked us up and dropped us off for our appointments and we used the rest of our time to explore Istanbul, an added bonus.

As far as price, I spent about 25% of what I was quoted at home. Including the airfare. The clinic is definitely at least as good the clinics here; modern and professional. You are not sacrificing anything in quality by having your treatment done at Tower Dental because they are the best. I have had a lot of dentists over the years, and I am amazed at how easy they made it all seem.

If you are considering a dental makeover, this is the place. You will never have to smile with your hand again. ;-)

I will definitely recommend this Dental Clinic because of my personal experience.
I chose Tower dental after so much research on the internet. The reviews were very good and I opted for it. When I sent my enquiry, the agent communicated with me promptly and communication was great all through the way till my arrival in Turkey.
First impression was the clinic transfer transportation which was on time and the Car with the logo, looking professional.
Our clinic appointments were well communicated to us and pick up times to and from the hotel were on time. The Tower Dental Clinic reception was incredible, we were allocated to Flora our Dental Consultant and Interpreter who was really amazing. We had dozens upon dozens of questions and she had satisfying answers that helped us to make informed decisions. Flora was so professional and knowledgeable; we were given time to think of different options available and we didn’t feel pressured. The dental nurse Filiz was also good and executed her job well.
The Clinic is very clean, the staff so friendly and welcoming, the efficiency of the procedure, I had gone there for Dental implants and first visit so far, I don’t regret. The equipment is first class and the service is quite competitive.

I went to Tower Dental Clinic last year to get All on 6 implants.
This year 2 of my implants broke and my front teeth chipped.
They were guaranteed so I flew back to Tower Dental Clinic from the USA.
They honored the guarantee without question and treated me like a queen. Dr. Ertan put 4 new implants in along with 2 bone grafts. He did a wonderful job.
Then the beautiful and talented Dr. Ipek Tezel and her wonderful assistant, Nafiye, replaced my teeth with even more beautiful ones than before.
The whole while, Flora, the remarkable English interpreter and coordinator, made sure that my needs and wants were understood by all.
Vedat, the co-owner of the clinic did a great job coordinating everything about my stay.
I highly recommend Tower Dental Clinic to all who want to travel to get excellent dental work done at an extremely economical price. All of the people who work at Tower Dental Clinic are beautiful and very caring.

I am from the UK and I needed "all on six" implants. I did my research and found Tower Dental Clinic. Booking was easy, Vedat and the team were brilliant organising both of my visits. I was picked up from the airport to my hotel and then to the clinic. All the staff are professional and friendly and the clinic is absolutely spotlessly clean. Dr Ertan confirmed the treatment and carried out the full extraction and implants. If anyone says they felt no pain they are lying, but the pain is bearable and more sore than painful. I returned 3 months later where again I recieved exceptional treatment resulting in me getting a new full set of teeth which look amazing. I do have soreness around my gums on some days and on other days they feel really natural.
However, the service before, during and after my treatment has been nothing but fantastic. If you are from the UK and need implants don't listen to the bad press. I highly recommend Tower Dental Clinic. One negative is that UK dentists will not even check my implants or polish them. But flying to Istanbul, getting a check up, polish and hotel is around £200 per year. Having saved over £18,000 on the implants and having such great service and a fantastic result, it's a small price to pay. Thank you so much to a wonderful team

Ciao mi chiamo Renato e vengo dall’Italia o 34 anni ... sono stato alla clinica tower dental clinic, ho avuto un primo approccio telefonico con il consulente BADiS, molto bravo nel svolgere la sua mansione , e a conoscenza di prima persona dei trattamenti dentali ,che mi a trasmesso fiducia nel consigliarmi e seguirmi per il trattamento che o fatto ... arrivato in clinica sono stato accolto bene da BILAL... anche lui bravo nel starmi accanto come traduttore tra me e i dottori e sempre stato reperibile telefonicamente x ogni cosa avessi da chiedergli non mi a mai fatto sentire solo ... o messo 28 corone di zirconio ma i dottori molto attenti anno rilevato dalla tac che avevo un ciste e me lo hanno asportato prima di proseguire per l’impianto .... il dottore Hakan lui è bravissimo e preciso al che io vedevo i denti nuovi tutti belli ma lui , ne a fatto sostituire tre perché non gli piacevano come erano venuti molto professionale ... il risultato è stato grandioso ... e sopratutto consiglio a tutti di andare perché la mia bocca era un vero disastro e o avuto un risultato molto gratificante e sorprendente!e sopratutto la clinica e a carattere familiare ...

I had my treatment with Tower Dental Clinic and they were really efficient and very helpful. The work was done to a very high standard and was excellent. I recommend them if you're looking for Dental treatment. They even pick you me up from the airport and shuttle me from my accommodation . My two trips there was fantastic.

My experience was great because of the warmness of the entire team from start to finish, felt valued. There isn’t much to improve really, they are spot on with their work.

By recommendation of a good friend I started conversation with a member of their team. I went there for a big treatment. Implants and a lot of crowns.
They were helpful all the way along. Everything was organised professionally. The arranged drivers picked me up from the airport and they drove me every day between the hotel and the clinic. The team was very friendly and flexible.
The result looks very good. As my teeth was very small due to grinding them for years, the new set of teeth felt very weird at the beginning but I'm slowly getting used to them. Everyone says to me it looks amazing. Sensitivity and pain luckily going away kinda' fast.
The treatment was much less painful than I expected.

I recommend to everyone that to be very thorough, prepare your questions and be careful with chosen materials. Some stuff can be confusing and could lead to misunderstanding which can change the price dramatically. But if you ask, they're happy to help.
Also personal examination can change the plans but that is completely normal as not every issue can be recognised from pictures you send.

I'm going back in about 5 months to finish my implants. I hope my results will be as good as now in long term.

Overall my experience was great, I can recommend them.

After I mad 25 crowns with them and went back to the uk
Pain never stopped couldn’t eat or drink couldn’t support any hot or cold water touching my tooth
I was in pain killers for over 3 weeks

They reserved my a new ticket to come back to fix the damages they made
But even though they decided to make me 3 root canal for 3 tooth even though I had explained to them that the pain is in more than just 3 tooth I’m having pain in more than 7 or 8 tooth and needed to do root canal to all of them
But they wanted to do the minimum work and send me back to the uk

When they sold me the crowns to put on my teeth and take the money they said its
20 years garnered
But its not even 6 months and they stopped to recognise the job done !!!!! Absolutely not professional clinic

All they care about is to take the money .

and I’m still suffering and in pain in every day without any solution

and because they got me bake once to Istanbul without doing the full job
They say NOW it’s psychological problem can you believe that !!!

And when I tell them that the dentist in the uk
Says that my tooth need to get the nerves out
At this level to stop having pain which is something they should do but they didn’t

because they just won’t to got the money and go to the new patient in the fastest time
Without doing the job as it should be done or taking care of the person in pain

They said that the English doctor are jealous
And bad mouth as they lose money
Because the Turkish doctor are better
Can you believe that again !!!!

This clinic maybe use to be a good clinic in the past
but now they are one of the worst ever and can’t be trusted as all they care about is your money and not your good health

Now I will sue them as soon as I can
and ask for a refund for the new cost for the damages the made me .
And now I must go to another dental clinic to fix the damages they had done and don’t won’t to recognise.
As it’s impossible to live with this pain for long
