Every time the right part turns up !

I was experiencing problems with delivery and Toyota Parts Direct/Fish Brothers were absolutely useless. No reply after leaving three messages. Product arrived eventually and I had collect code but luckily the service point knows me.
I do not recommend

Ordered a couple of times from Toyota Direct Parts, the second time required some assistance from them regarding a locking wheel nut key, and both times the experience was great.

Genuine brake pad delaminated within 2 months, causing the brakes to fail whilst my girlfriend was driving on the motorway. Also caused damage to the new rotor I bought from them.

Toyota have refused to honour their one year warranty.

After being provided with evidence that it was not due to excessive wear from a stuck piston (an issue that has never effected this car before or indeed after since I replaced the item which much cheaper counterparts), they then accused me of lying about the age of the brake pads I complained/sent photographs off. Then ignored my email and photographs pointing out the batch code was December 2025.

I'd generally move past dishonest practices, but I thought it important to warn that this compant do not care cor such a dangerous defect as brake pads failing.

Ordered spare wheel kit for my 2023 CHR, parts arrived within a week all well packed. Great service.

Only left review because can't understand why rating so low, which made think twice about using company.

I ordered a service kit and they sent the wrong oil filter. Because the mechanic had already started the service, I had to buy the correct oil filter from a local shop. When I tried to return the incorrect product (which was their mistake), they refused to accept it unless I returned the entire service kit.

It’s only under £10, but the situation was very disappointing and shows poor customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again, and I’ll make sure my friends are aware of this experience as well.

I’m really disappointed with Toyotadirectparts. After ordering over a month ago, I still haven’t received anything. There’s no phone number, no email, and no proper customer service. Because there’s absolutely no way to contact them and nothing has arrived, I’m starting to believe this may not be a genuine company.

I would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.

I ordered a new battery for my Auris as the price was very reasonable. I put in the order on Monday afternoon and it arrived on Wednesday afternoon. It was well packed and absolutely spot on for my car. I will definitely used their services again.

Have ordered from this company but no delivery date given or way of contacting them by phone. Be careful they use the Toyota name and logo as if they are Toyota’s official online auto parts shop. They are not this a side line run by a Toyota dealer in Milton Keynes, the parts may be genuine but it’s not Toyota’s Official auto part online shop or anything. So far customer service and communication has been poor and not something you’d get if this was a genuine service provided by the actual Toyota company.
