Their customer service is great. I bought a doll for my daughter and only realized few days later it was not what she expected. Just shortly after contacting ToysCentral by email asking for cancellation (before delivery), they asked me the reason and accepted it. They offered 2 options if I decide to keep still the toy, what I did not want to make, and strait away they sent the cancellation confirmation and made the full refund. And all this on saturday and sunday! Simply fantastic and highly appreciated

I ordered this item on 10th Dec from the swiss website with expected delivery long before Christmas. It was only posted ten days later, from USA. Unsurprisingly it missed Christmas.

If they made clear I was not ordering from Switzerland I could have saved myself the hassle and got a different present on time.

All was received in good condition and the staff was very helpful in answering questions all along.

I ordered a brawstart set, as on the box it made you think it is a set. When it arrived it was a 1cm brawstar ,only 1, and paid CHF 67.- for that. So i did contact Toyscentral, after calling several times and no answer i did notice something is odd. I found an email and contact them like that. Did explain everything. To keep my story short...i did send it back after paying to send it to the States, on the website they give a Swiss adress!!!! They recieved it and i am still waiting for my refund that they promissed, after 23 emails!!!! So NO don't order from them!!!!

I was able to find a super rare game in English that I couldn't find locally, and the game arrived to me (quite) fast and without issues.

Customer support was super fast, and the whole process (buying, paying, tracking the parcel) was smooth.

They say they provide 24/7 support with live chat never noone responds! It looks more like a scam than a real shop. I can’t trust it!
