Very bad service and stor!
Chatbot does not work.
No email after order unless order confirmation (after payment), no additional information, and the chat on their website is not working. Then the phone call was hung up on me several times without having a person on the other end. My delivery is after 4days still not processed… Who knows if I will receive the package…
I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING ANYMORE FROM THIS DROP-SHIPPING STOR.

*Update: after my fourth email complaint (and leaving this review,) they finally did "an internal review" and delivered my missing item. Updating to two stars.

I never received one of my purchased items, and despite a number of emails over two weeks, they refused to correct or compensate for it.

I ordered a set of two plushies and a pillow. Only one plushie arrived, and I emailed to ask where the other items were. They told me they would be in the next shipment (no info beforehand about separate shipments). The next shipment was only the pillow, and to my follow-up email they replied that I already received everything. I had to repeat myself as if talking to a wall, but the customer service continued playing dumb and trying to shift blame.

Poor customer treatment, no responsibility taken for the missing item which I reported right from the start. Kafkaesque follow-up questions, it seemed they were hoping that they could just tire me out by making inane response until I would just go away.

I ordered soft silicone flanges for my Spectra pump, because the ones that come with the pump are made from hard silicone and don’t work for me. Instead, the company sent me cheaper flanges from a different brand, made from the same hard silicone I already have and find useless.

They refused to provide a return label or even refund the price difference, even though the flanges I paid for were much more expensive than the ones I received. To make matters worse, they insulted me by offering a 25% voucher—less than the price difference they actually owe me, since the flanges they sent are worth far less than 25% of what I paid.

After multiple complaints and 1 star rating on trustpilot, I finally got full refund, but experience took a lot of my time and some mental health, hence 3 stars.

The toys came on time. I was slightly apprehensive as I ordered from what I thought was a Swiss website (.ch) only to find that the toys would be coming from America- which explains the high cost of delivery. Nevertheless, the toys came on time for my daughter’s birthday and that is what matters.

Purchase and delivery was seamless.
Only thing was that I couldn't buy on invoice, which however is fine for a first time purchase.

Shipping was super fast, communication transparent over all a good experience!

Placing the order was easy and within a couple of weeks I have received all but two items - which these should be on their way. However, when DHL delivered a box with a number of items purchased, at the bottom of the the box were some items that were in a plastic bag. Those items had been in the rain and all the cardboard boxes were so wet I had to toss them in the bin. This involved the Deluxe Wood Spelling Blocks Sets of which the paper inside had to be dried on the radiator and 4 of these had one side unglued. 4 boxes of the Interlocking Base Ten were soaked. The other items, not in the plastic bag, are fine. As I will repackage these items to take with me to Sierra Leone - this is a donation to 2 schools there, I do not need the cardboard wrappings... however, finding the wet situation left me wondering where this happened.

Everything artived. Things just as described.

I love a left-hand drive Nissan GT-R, because I never had! The playing makes me fun!

Nach 1 woche war die lieferung aus USA bei mir angekommen mit DHL. Das ging wirklich schnell und hat mich positiv überrascht. Bestellte Ware war einwandfrei. Einzig die 3 betrugsversuche, welche vortäuschten, sie kämen von DHL und ich soll noch zoll bezahlen, damit die lieferung kommt, hat mich genervt umsomehr, da ich bereits die lieferung erhalten habe 😉. Natürlich kann toys nicht das geringste dafür! Ich werde wieder dort bestellen!

Tracking of the order at the begining until its been handed over to the shipping company has been very good. The tracking information of the shipment by DHL only improved after our intervention and the delivery of the parcel by the Swiss Postal Service had been good documented.

All ran smoothly, from online purchase to holding of the toy- in our case, a redhead Barbie that was nowhere in toyshops to be found.
The only drawback was the torn packaging 📦, but probably due to busy Christmas time deliveries 🚚.
