No issues. The item (board game) was exactly as advertised and reached me in excellent condition. I'm happy with the purchase. The .ch website creates the impression that the company is local to Switzerland, so I was surprised to see the package was sent from NJ, US, but it's no big deal. Considering the origin, the shipping time was reasonable.

Don't be fooled by the .se domain and the EU contact details.
They ship from the USA and you will need to pay extra import fees (which they reimbursed after I sent couple of emails).
Now I want to return the order and they give me an address in the USA and of course I need to bare the cost of the shipping.

They should clearly mention these details in their website. Had I known all of this I wouldn't have ordered from them in the first place.
Tons of other websites sell what they have locally and will gladly accept returns without so much hassle

Recently purchased a bouncy castle from toyscentral.ie(thinking it was an Irish website) but the plug could not be used in Ireland. The 14 day return window had lapsed by the time I went to use the bouncy castle so absolutely no satisfaction from customer service.
Will not be using this site again!!

Today I received a malicious email from this site with an attempt to hack my personal data, which I stopped with my antivirus. They sent me a letter with a lie that I made a purchase from them and an active button to track the parcel, despite the fact that there is no receipt of payment or information about the purchase itself and there is only a false tracking number that does not exist in the global system.

At the end of 2021, I almost fell for the bait of these scams and interrupted the transaction through my bank in time, providing the bank with all the information. I had already made a conditional purchase of the goods, but they sent me a false tracking number supposedly from the DHL company, and that’s where my check began. Next, my bank, having verified their data from that store and the false tracking data, fully approved my appeal and returned all the funds to me, taking them away from these scammers. I have all the screenshots and correspondence confirming this. The scammers have created such a store with localization in many countries around the world.

Don't be fooled! These are scammers who will steal your money and not send you anything! Try even contacting their technical support and see how they react, how they answer... if they give you an answer at all =)
