Alison was absolutely brilliant in…

Alison was absolutely brilliant in assisting me with booking a Supercar Driving Day for myself and my two sons. I have used Trackdays Limited a couple of times in the past and have always found them extremely helpful. Very much looking forward to the experience day in March.

I've been gifted a track days TVR…

I've been gifted a track days TVR experience voucher, track days no longer offer the experience and will not refund the voucher. Their suggestion is to pay them an extra £30 and book a different experience. They have taken payment for services but cannot fulfil their agreement. Buying a voucher from them was a mistake, it's a lot of money for a worthless print at home piece of paper.

A friend had bought me a trackdays…

A friend had bought me a trackdays experience. Turned up there in rain lots of cars going around track they go faster past my house with less congestion.

Despite considerable cost incurred by friend in purchasing this, it appears your not insured again collision another cost £39. Was told would be liable for £5000 cost in the event of an accident. Another rip off Britain company.

Asked if I had a driving licence when I reached for it stated OK I don't need to see it. Concerns me greatly that this is gross neglect under health and safety. Also race track regulations.
Before you buy a trackday think about the hidden costs. Including your health and safety. Who knows what licences the people in that track have. Suspended with no checks they are putting peoples lives at risk due to negligence.

I can feel a complaint to health and safety coming their way

As you can see from their reply your health and safeguarding doesn't matter. I have reported to HSE and also trading standards.

I am sorry to hear you did not take part in the experience.

The Collision Damage Waiver is never hidden on any of our experiences. Prior to purchasing, the person buying the voucher can see this information, and again, before making payment, the opportunity to add the damage waiver to the purchase is offered.

When booking the experience, you would again have been offered the opportunity to add this to the booking.

The event organisers sent a confirmation email to you once the booking was confirmed. On the confirmation email, under the section "What am I covered for" it states -

What am I covered for?

Once your booking has been made, you have 24 hours to make any changes to your booking. After the 24-hour grace period, a £30 booking amendment fee will be applied to any changes.

Booking Amendment Cover is offered to every participant at the time of booking, whether this is via telephone or online for a fee of £19, this allows the participant to change the date and/or time of their experience once, will only rebook an activity within the voucher’s validity period (booking outside of your vouchers expiry date may incur additional fees).

Collision Damage Waiver, this is offered to every participant at the time of booking, either via telephone or online and at check-in. This indemnifies the driver from being liable for up to £5,000 for any damage caused.

At every stage, we endeavour to ensure that the customer is 1. Aware of the excess that may have to be paid in the event of any damage. 2. Aware that there is a product that covers them, in the unfortunate event that damage is caused to the car.

With regards to the licence, under the general information on the product page for the experience chosen, it states, 'in order to take part, drivers must have and produce their booking confirmation.
Drivers must be 16 or over.
No licence is required to drive an automatic car, but you must have a licence to drive a manual car*.'

The cars you chose to drive were automatic. The providers of the experience have to have risk assessments in place to meet the requirements to hire the venue, and it is also required for their PLI to be valid.

Absolutely wonderful customer service

Absolutely wonderful customer service - so helpful and patient, really lovely ladies. We've yet to have the experience day but honestly are looking forward to it all the more having spoken to the lovely team there :-)

First class service

First class service. Had to change a date due to circumstances and the amazing can-do positive attitude from Alison to do everything in her power to change the dates was excellent. Breath of fresh air, and removed the stress of having to cancel the whole thing. Good service is hard to come by these days and Alison deserves all the credit for delivering that. Credit to the team and credit to the manager also. Thank you again!

I had to speak today to two people

I had to speak today to two people, this was no fault of the company, I was having a problem with payment, both ladies were extremely helpful and polite and professional, it was a pleasure dealing with them , I will definitely recommend the service you offer, hence the 5 stars

The wonderful Alison from Trackdays

The customer care provided by Alison was outstanding.
She made such an effort to help me so that I booked the best possible experience for my nephew, nothing was a problem for her and she was extremely professional.

Issue sorted in minutes by Beth.

Beth was great - I had a few issues redeeming voucher codes, and within a couple minutes Beth had me sorted and my date provisionally booked in (just awaiting confirmation from the track provider), which took the stress away from my partners looming birthday. She was kind and patient enough to deal with a tired brain and was happy to explain why I was running into the issues I was.

Don't trust what you are booking!

Purchased a three car Junior Supercar Blast at Bovingdon Airfield for my 14 year old son. As part of the booking process they ask you to select the vehicles you want to drive on the day so I specified the Lamborghini Gallardo, Audi R8 and Ferrari 360 which was also confirmed on my booking confirmation. Showed up on the day and the venue (Drift Limits) said these cars are not automatically included and you had to pay an upgrade fee of £19 per vehicle. This is very cheeky and is not made clear when booking on Trackdays. They even said that they had spoken to Trackdays as they believe they are not advertising it correctly and not making it clear for customers. So don't believe it and if you can book directly through the actual experience provider which is Drift Limits! I would not use Trackdays again due to this poor experience.

Thank You Very Much Alison!

In the process of booking an experience I mistakenly input incorrect contact details.

Trackdays responded to my booking to inform me that the expereince was unfortunately fully booked.

Having not received confirmation of my booking I called the customer helpline a couple of days later to ask for support.

Alison was extremely helpful in supporting me to correct these details and to secure a booking for an alternative experience on the same day.

Thank You Very Much Alison for your support & guidance, I appreciate your customer service, am a very very happy customer!
