Lovely people on the phone. Its a little difficult to navigate around the booking link but easy enough to redeem your vouchers. After a phone call they helped me by supplying three phone numbers so that I could book direct. Its just the actual booking link which needs to be made clearer.

I received a lovely response today to my query, a very positive friendly email, made a very pleasant change! ☺️

Wonderdays had a wide variety of experiences to choose from and were reasonably priced, compared to some other companies. I let the computer auto fil delivery address and it had left out some important information, so I used the chat contact facility on the page to correct the information. I was contacted within an hour by a lady called Lizzie and it was corrected. Lizzie was very helpful and pleasant to correspond with. Many Thanks

I bought a voucher for a specifc experience as a gift. Unfortunately, the experience providers permanently closed their business. I asked for my voucher to be exchanged by WonderDays to a gift card. The customer service agent, Nat, was super friendly and exchanged the voucher to gift a card in the same business day.

Lizzie & Shaun were super helpful & very quick resolving my problem.

They went out of their way to make sure I got what I needed.

Couldn't recommend them enough!

I bought one of their experiences for a birthday celebration but had to cancel it as we didn't manage to contact the experience-provider (not Wonder Days) in time. I sent an email to request support on a refund and received a response almost immediately from Lizzie M, who was incredibly empathetic and liaised a refund with no complications, very clear communication, and promptly - shout out to them!

Excellent experience and sumptuous meal

Very much enjoyed our two course meal at Corrigans. The food was outstandingly good and the atmosphere and service were second to none. Not only were the courses exceptional but each were accompanied by a carefully chosen matched wine by the expert sommelier - included in the Experience at no extra cost.

Nat really went above and beyond ensuring that they got my correct address for my son’s birthday experience voucher , and sending it express delivery so we got it in time for his special day.
