Tracker company needs a geography lesson
Tracker malfunctioning - it happens, they agree to a replacement as it's technically 'lost' and you get 1 free replacement per subscription. Gave all my details of my address here in the EU country of Lithuania, waited the 2 weeks promised and heard nothing. Contacted out of my own steam to be told by some clown that his company didn't ship to my country as it's not EU (both he and his supervisor said this) and that it's tough essentially

Device never works- Will not connect
Device never works- often, will not connect, fails often to update pets location. Keeps turning off, Battery does not last long enough. Difficult for most of my family to use. Provides little to no confidence it would help find my pet if needed.

Awful device. Battery not lasting half a day. Customer support is slow and fails to actually resolve issues.

Seit März 2023 nutze ich Trackipet für meine Hundelady, die gerne mal alleine Ausflüge macht. Der Tracker lokalsiert zuverlässig meine Hündin bis auf 2 m genau. Die Handhabung einschließlich der App ist kinderleicht und selbsterklärend. Hatte kürzlich einen Chatkontakt mit dem Kundendienst/Support von Trackipet, da die Halsbandhalterung gebrochen war; die Dame war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und nett. Mir wurde umgehend ein kostenloser Ersatz zugesichert. Traumhafter Service und supertoller Tracker. Sehr zu empfehlen. Danke an das komplette Team von Trackipet.
