I would leave zero stars if I could. Yesterday I placed an online order. As soon as I placed the order I realized I had ordered the wrong size tire for my tractor. I immediate picked up the phone and called the customer support line - which was still open for another 6 hours. I was on hold for 40 minutes waiting for someone to pick up. While on hold I filled out their customer comment form requesting they cancel the order. After hitting send on the form the notice pops up that it can take up to 48 hours for a response. Still on hold, I then opted to "not lose my place in the queue and get a call back as soon as a team member became available." That callback never came. This morning I called as soon as their support line opened. I was told that the order could not be cancelled because they only have a "59 minute window to cancel an order once it's placed". Well, I was on the phone holding for 40 of those 59 minutes and then Tractor Supply didn't bother to actually call me back - and again, it was 6 hours until close of business when I called, roughly 5 hours by the time I hung up and started waiting for the call back. So now my option is to HOPE they can cancel the order once it gets to shipping - but if not, then I can call them once it arrives and request return shipping labels.

Nothing like having processes in place that make your customer service representatives jobs that much more difficult. NOT IMPRESSED with Tractor Supply online shopping. WILL NOT be ordering online again.

I love Tractor Supply. Fun place to shop. Great for household and pets, even clothes.

HOWEVER, they have poor internal controls over customer data. I get so many hoax emails purporting to be from them that I don’t know if I can shop there any longer. I suppose I can pay cash but I would be buying a lot less.

Just left there, knowledgeable, and friendly staff.. helped me load purchases without asking, store has a large variety of products, very clean and stock is arranged for easy shopping. Advance N.C

I have visited the Opelousas tractor supply and Eunice tractor supply stores in Louisiana today. Neither store had working air conditioning. It’s hot as hell in both stores and corporate has been giving them the run around to repair it. It’s not safe for the employees or customers. Animals and prisoners are both treated better. In fact I will be turning your corporate office in for animal abuse because the baby chicks are in heated tubs so how hot you think that is. I will no longer be spending money at any tractor supply because of this . I hope the employees sue the hell out of you. No sense in this.

This review is specific to the TS Pharmacy. What a cluster. Ordered Simparica Trio via online. That same day got a message they could not reach my vet. Ok, no problem. I mailed them the original RX from the vet. Get another email saying the RX was a copy. No it wasn't. I even wrote on the RX that it that they printed on a printer that obviously was losing ink. Anyway, I called my vet. They emailed the RX to them and CC'd me at my request to make sure I knew it was sent. 10 days go by and I'm still calling them and they say yes we got it but it take time to fill. So today I get another email saying they are still waiting for the RX. I called and they said the signature on the emailed RX was not sufficiently clear. WTF! You couldn't tell me that when you received it 10 days ago? So I cancelled the order and bought elsewhere. Good Lord, narcotics are easier to get than tick and flea meds.

I went to the Elgin Texas store today (I have bought thousands of $ worth of stuff there). I waited 15 minutes to buy 15 bags of salt and 10 minutes for them to open the gate to get to the salt. The Manager loaded only ten because they didn't have 15. When we went back inside to refund me for 5 bags, he said they required a phone number. I don't give out my phone number because of all the scam calls. They said that they would not refund the 5 bags (that they didn't have that I just bought!!!). I said I'm going to call the police and the MANAGER said he was going to TRESPASS me if I did that. Such poor customer service. I just left. No more trips to Tractor Supply for me.

I visited the Tractor Supply store in Napanoch, NY. today and had a heart warming experience. This store had an employee who went above and beyond being helpful to a customer. First he helped by price checking the product I came to buy; it had a price sign that was incorrect by it. Second he was called to the front of the store to assist carrying the 40 pound bag to my truck. Chase was the young man's name, and he worked to help me get to my keys that were locked inside my truck. All stores should be so lucky to have employees like Chase.

Tess, who I believe is the manager, has incredible product knowledge! She helped me out immensely this morning! Thanks for coming to Bridgton....

Am a customer here in Chipley Florida. But no more after the experience i received again from this store. This one lady named marcee was so rude to me and some other customers. The first time , she came off smart with me and other times would just ignore me when I need help. If tractor supply really cared about there customers they wouldn’t let people like marcee be their

I made a pickup order but the store did not tell me they were out of stock of a certain product. They also did not refund me the money for this item. I called customer support and had a lovely experience talking to Paige. She apologized and even sympathized with me. I mentioned how I rescue kittens and how I have bunnies just to burn some time and she mentioned she had bunnies too. It was such a great experience, she called the store and had them hold the product I needed and also replaced a different product that should’ve been true to weight which wasn’t. She is the best! Thank you again Paige :)

I ordered a Husqvarna Automower on sale. Good price. Was winter. Unpacked only after 90 day period. When turning on mower it wanted a PIN. Rather obviously someone has set it so they sold me a used mower as new. One that I can not use. The customer support comment was try to work with manufacturer. Great. Can go to Husqvarna dealer now and hope they help me to reset mower even though I did not buy it there. Tractor supply sends me a useless product, they do not want to take it back and they offer nothing. Starting that they sell a used product as new. Really buy somewhere else. The discount is not worth the trouble

Stay away from the Mankato store, they won't stand behind there products. Stick to the big box stores nearby, much more helpful staff at those big box stores also!

I ordered a pedal boat for the 4th. I am notified it’s to be delivered by the 3rd. No show. Login. They indicate it’s out for delivery.

They canceled my order on the 2nd. Their site still shows out for delivery.

What a disappointment. I could have gone to Bass Pro Shops or Cabelas and picked one up,

Get it together guys. Your fulfillment process is a joke. Someone needs to be fired. Their low review scores are well deserved.

I have to say that I have never had to deal with such an unprofessional business. Staff is extremely rude and they deserve no stars. I called because when the Roadie from UPS, Tyler B brought my order, he failed to leave the entire order. I spoke with Kelly who was the most obnoxiously rude person I have ever had to deal with. She said that I didn't have an order and when I tried to ask if they had any contact information for the delivery people, she told me to shut up and let her talk. I informed her that I was the customer and was trying to get to the bottom of this, she rudely hung up on me. I want her fired!!!!! She should never be in contact with customers. The store manager Brandon Wall is out of the store, so there is absolutely no one in that store with any authority and now I have to figure out how I am going to get the dog food I have already paid for. -20 stars is too high for this location, take your business to the Athens, AL store.

I returned a $3,299.99 air compressor to Tractor Supply in new condition, with the original receipt, six days after purchase and within the published return window. The store refused the return, saying the purchase couldn't be found — though it was visible on their own register at the time — and told me it could only be returned to the original store, which contradicts Tractor Supply's published policy allowing returns at any location. I then had to pay to have the 611-lb unit offloaded and stored, at ongoing monthly cost. Tractor Supply's customer team later offered to pick up the item and refund me, then scheduled and missed four pickup appointments, each a no-call, no-show. I traveled to meet each one. 8 months later, I still have not received my refund and the item has not been retrieved.

7/01/26 Purchased 2 1/2 gal jug of Farmall Herbicide. Website showed 72 available at Jennings, LA store. There were none on shelf at this store. Could not find any employee on floor, so I stood in line at checkout to inquire if any were available in the back. Checkout person gave me the impression that I was bothering her, did not want to see my phone, showing her that 72 were available and she had no idea what was in stock. I requested the manager who appeared after some time. He went and found the item I wanted. He also gave the impression that he did not want to be bothered. I purchased the item, apologized and left with the feeling that I never wanted to enter that store again. Poor customer service.

The two young men working in the Chillicothe, Ohio store on 6-30-2026 in the evening, were very helpful and pleasant. The prices of items bought were spot on with other retailers in the area, but TSC was closer to our house. Thank you for all the help.

Went in for a tube of ivermectin (you know why, right?!)... these guys know too... so they gouged us, by hiking the price from $16+ in 2025, to $23 today!!! Don't think we don't notice what you've done Tractor Supply... that's disgusting!

Tractor Supply's customer service sucks. I just waited 31 minutes for on their "solutions" call line. That's the second time in as many months.

I would have given a "0" rating if possible.

As a potential, loyal customer, I give up.

You don't care about our "time". Etc.

I will think more than twice before I set foot in your door again.

Your projected attitude towards customers is that you couldn't care less about my time.

You'd think a company with an interest in serving customer needs would dictate an even minimal attempt at customer service.

Tried to return an unused item. Contacted someone in Knightdale store. I live in a different county and he said I needed to return to the store. He was not rude but sounded like he did not care about helping me return it. He was very vague about sending it by mail. I will not recommend Tractor Supply when returns are involved. Frankly, he did not seem to give a poop about my situation. .
