Ordered Refresh MAX Atomizer Range - 250ml, Lavender, delivery was fast but this product only lasted for just over a hour on fabric then the smell dissappear, I thought it would have lasted longer as this is the new formula, maybe I got a bad batch but would not order again on this experience...

I was in the market for some vinyl record cleaning fluid and Trade Chem popped up on my Google search, just what I wanted and at excellent value and quantity I ordered this item mid morning and had an email less than a couple of hours later to inform of dispatch with a delivery link to Evri. The very next day got an update from the courier saying it was to be delivered and arrived within 24 hours from purchase, free delivery as well. This company delivers absolutely excellent service and the product is superb also, worth 6 stars if I could award this, Highly Recommended.

Have come to rely on Trade-Chem for quality distilled water at a good price. Like others, I originally purchased via major online retailer but now going direct to Trade-Chem and saving on cost.

I saw recommendations for this company to order distilled water for my CPAP machine, and they are really good so I always order from here. They often have discounts for purchasing more than 1 bottle, so I buy 4 x 5l at a time. It's easy to order and the delivery is fast.

Pure incompetence!

I’ve used this company for a long time for CPAP therapy. Several times I’ve had to chase them because my order is incomplete.

I usually order 4 x 5L distilled water because it’s the cheapest but only ever end up receiving only 2 or 3 at the time so have to chase for the remaining to be delivered.

Fault on the website wasn’t showing the discount for buying in bulk so I purchased 25L instead. I was sent INHIBITOR instead of distilled water.

Lack of empathy, won’t support in compensation towards a new humidifier tank as the stuff was poured in not realising their incompetence to dispatch the right product.

Lost custom for their extremely bad repeated service

It was a dispatching error not a courier error in response to the company response. Their warehouse sent out the wrong item. I was regularly chasing them for missing items from my order historically. Absolute Joke!
