Delaying with dispaching orders, not correct leftovers on the website. After purchasing goods, we need to wait a long for products to be dispached as very often we are informed about out of stock after paying money

We paid the goods, but goods was not in stock. We have to wait for 2 week meanwhile we did not get any info regarding to our order, We sent more than 5 email, but no response. Than we finaly got on phone and first they told that they will get money but 10 minutes later they called us and told that goods are on way to us.

I my ordered goods didn’t arrive as a complete order. Called them and I was told they runout of stock and could only send partial order. No update or follow up for almost a week. I had to chase up for refund. Bad customer service.

High quality items, low prices. One item did not come, I emailed them, no response, after a lot of back and forth eventually they ordered a new lot and said it would take two weeks after having already waited more than a week longer than expected. Requested a refund, refund was processed. Not ideal and they do need to keep on top of their emails but all things considered it wasn't so bad.

When they’re good, they’re good. But on more than one occasion I’ve had issues with my order (not delivered, inconsistent batch). Trying to resolve these issues was also difficult, and it would take a very long time for their team to respond to me.
Good products but the service really isn’t that great.

An excellent product in excellent condition and the 25kg sack dried elderberries arrived safely on the day they were expected.

Great assistance and informative over the phone service, very happy. Only fail was delivery on the Spanish end. Not a fault of the supplier.

Communication is very poor, I have to constantly chase for documents, mostly with no response, I have emailed and called multiple times a day, the phone isn't answered at all and emails go unanswered for days.

They only sent one of two items I ordered, I've been trying to contact them for two days to resolve, with no luck, on the email I voiced my frustrations before reviewing and I haven't been answered! So here's my honest review.
