50% of my order was out of stock
50% of my order was out of stock and I was told that there was a two to three week delay for some items. No response to my email suggesting that as a matter of goodwill they should refund my carriage charge (if they had had the stock my order would have been carriage paid)

Thank you for your feedback and I'm really sorry to hear our service wasn't to your satisfaction on this occasion.
We've experienced large increases in order volumes which has depleted our stock levels more quickly than we'd usually expect. We're working on resolving this and are expecting a large delivery towards the end of this week which will help to replenish the majority of low stock products. We don't forsee this being an ongoing issue.

Pricey, poor customer service, but good range of meals
They sell a great range of products, but I find them over priced and their customer service isn't great. They've sent the wrong thing and been slow to rectify it quite a few times now :|

Absolutely appalling service and products,zero stars
This company used to care, unfortunately not only has their customer slipped dramatically, so have their products. After 4 years of buying, I will go elsewhere, do they care,?probably not. Anyway,do your research, as you csn find higher quslity chesper rlsewhere. Dont buy the lemon powder its old stale snd no smell.their myrrh very low quality too. I did email and phone them a month ago, and, yes, they made promises, and did nothing. Shame, they went downhill, guess this is what happens when become big, they think one person does not matter!

Normally OK but the last two orders I paid for expedited service and the goods weren't despatched on time so i had a packing team stood idle waiting to pack for a promotion with a tight deadline
