Simple straightforward method to trade items. I use the postage paid option. Following the step by step instructions, it couldn’t be easier. Having spinal damage, opting for collection makes things so... Ver mais
Very easy to deal with. Slight delay in notifying whether package had been received and if in tact. Had to check Royal Mail app to confirm package had been delivered.
It was an ok service, I wish the website were more transparent in its policies, for example, I had sent them 2 PS4's both of which had been opened for cleaning or repair. Had I known this I wo... Ver mais

Thank you for the review. It is clearly stated on our website that console must include all cables and an official undamaged controller. You did not include a USB cable and sent PS4 controller with a damaged casing. We deducted £2.50 for the missing USB cable and £17.50 for the damaged controller. We are sorry but we cannot pay full price for something that does not meet our condition criteria. If you were not happy with the new valuation you could have rejected the new offer.

TradeInforCash has been a delight to do business with, the website was straight forward to use & very easy to navigate. I found the products I wanted to sell on the site which helped with the full descriptions & the postal arrangement was done in the same place which was very straight forward. The transaction was completed in just over a week. Throughly recommend this company.
