After a mix up and I purchased the wrong parts for my wife's new electric mini Cooper. I contacted Staci with a view to send them back and try and get a refund.
I was pleasantly surprised when without any fuss I reviewed a full refund.
Staci was friendly helpful and a pleasure to deal with. It looks like Stratstone mini are unique these days they actually care about their customers.
