3rd delayed delivery of boilers in 3 months. Each has been at least 24hrs. No feedback as to when to expect and when phoned to ask. Told 9.30 then 11 then 11.58 then 12.40 sort it out. You used to be such a friendly quality firm. But I'm being forced to find an alternative as I am also trying to run a tightly scheduled business.

As you'll be aware the knock on effect of failed delivery within an expected time frame, results in significant loss of income and lots of rescheduling customer workload. The courier literally laughed, telling me they are the cheapest option because theyre fairly rubbish. Your choice as a company in how you want your end user outcome, but id consider reviewing your choices if you want to continue customer loyalty.

I like to find all the staff at Williams & Co (Waye , Franco, Anna) for their professionalism and support for the last eight years that I'll be with them. They are always on hand to help and go above and beyond to support small heating and plumbing businesses like myself..
Also like to give a thanks to the company that helped me when I had my tools stolen from myself, Williams have a support for tradesmen who have an account with them in an event of tool theft. This really got me out of a sticky situation . So once again, big thank you and keep up keeping Williams competitive in these hard times all the best..

I have been using Williams for 10 years now. Staff in the Ashford branch could not be more helpful but prices are way to expensive now. I have been forced to switch to Screwfix. Sorry Williams I can't afford to use you anymore.
