Having decided to purchase a Victorian column radiator we asked if we could visit the company to see the products and their construction, to be assured of their quality. This was easy to arrange and the visit was really informative, interesting, and helpful to decide exactly what product to purchase. Once ordered the team at Trads (via email) keep you informed of every step of the process of manufacture, which occurred exactly to the schedule that they indicate. The quality of the radiator is excellent and 'exactly as described on the tin'. The only minor issue was a delay in delivery by one day but this was entirely due to the courier and outside of the control of Trads. I would unreservedly recommend this company to anyone how wants to purchase a column radiator.

I’m delighted with my new radiator (only downside is the fact that the plumber took a year to fit it so we didn’t have it working last winter - lucky it was a mild one!). It looks amazing in our new office and it was painted to match the walls. The colour I’d chosen wasn’t on their list but they were more than willing to accommodate my request. It was the only company I could find that could supply a long, low traditional column radiator so I was thrilled! Delivery was as described and once we’d lugged it upstairs everything was fine. Their ordering process was great, with very pleasant staff and when I had a problem with my radiator fitting tool refund going to an old account they did everything in their power to sort it out, and it was finally sorted. Would really recommend this company!

Ordered 5 radiators for my flat. There was quite a delay, through no fault of the business. They kept me updated fully. Radiators are gorgeous, great quality and well made. I’ve had an issue with one of the radiator valves, which has a split. Contacted the company and they responded immediately with a new valve being sent.

After living in our renovated house for a couple of winters we noticed one of the rooms had a cold spot so we decided to add a small column radiator to match the two we had previously bought from tradscastironradiators.co.uk. We emailed to check our colour and style as we were unsure. The staff responded quickly with our original order and even sent a colour sample so we were absolutely sure. We then ordered and after a few weeks took delivery of the matching radiator which has since been installed. Great service and a great product. Thanks.
