High quality products backed by great service
The radiators, valves and ancillary items arrived secure and well wrapped. These are high quality products supplied in a lovely finish, you can see the work, care and attention to detail that has gone into producing these items. Website was very useful and easy to use, lots of information available that aided in choosing the right items for the project. Very smooth process, kept appraised of progress, from testing and quality control checks through to delivery. Professional, friendly staff, dealt promptly with a subsequent enquiry regarding a part, item arrived, first thing the very next morning, great service. Many Thanks.

Cast issues …
The staff could not be faulted they were very helpful and gave me constant updates. However the radiator that was replaced due to it forming a hairline crack was identical to the new one but an original, the original casting was far superior and very smooth & the quality of the new cast iron is very rough and can very easily noticed from 5/6 feet away. I had to use it as it was the only replacement I could find with the same original dimensions.

The team were really good over the phone helping with the sale and delivery was bang on time. They sent updates at each stage of manufacture too which was good.

Poor customer service / contact
Took ages to process a refund of a return by way of credit, only after chasing (I was told all parts recived & booked back into stock) & only eventually part-refunded the costs without explanation! So I had to follow up to get an explanation (damaged in transit apparently), but no proof & no return of damaged goods to me.

All items received in good condition were refunded in full. Positive experience. Easy to contact. Small problems solved easily and without fuss. Great communication.
Delighted with the Cast iron Victorian x 5 radiators and the Liberty 2 polished and lacquered radiator (and accessories) which is truly amazing. Well worth the wait, Stunning addition to the home.
