One of the worst experiences I had
One of the worst experiences I had, being promised to get my appliances in 2 weeks and now it's been over 45 days , they didn't even bother to call and inform me they have a shortage or it will be postponed and when I called the sales guy he simply said you can refund . Don't trust their delivery due dates!
Good service and great price
Trail does not care after they have your money
This company will sell.you a lemon and not care or take responsibility. Dryer not working less than a month after purchase. A trail technician will see in 3 weeks. I just wanted to return the dryer but Trail just says they can't because the manufacturer policy. What a joke. Pass the buck Trail. Stand by your Products. Still going to coin laundry while technician ordering parts that will arrive who knows when. Should have gone to costco as they have 90 DAY return on appliances. Trail will only take returns seven days after purchase only if the appliance is in the box. We'll, trail took the box when they delivered it.

My mom (Olga Murashov) purchased Samsung Range Convection , while purchase was awesome (as it should, take money and sell) in a month and a half we started to experience problems with the cooking top. When called last Friday they said technician will be visiting to assess and fix this coming Monday (October 7th). My mom took a day off and unfortunately no one came. When called them they said in the next 3 days someone will come. Excuse me???? Should we take a week off from work just to wait for technician? Without even considering that we cannot use cooking top for anything. Horrible post sale service without any accountability!
Very satisfied with the purchase and service.
Our strata building required commercial grade washers and dryers, and fortunately Trail Appliances had plenty of stock available for delivery within days. We purchased Huebsch washers and dryers and are very pleased thus far. The delivery and installation was efficient and completed in short order. The washers were run for a cycle to check for any leaks. And our old equipment was recycled.
Bosch - Rude Customer Support
My old dishware from a different manufacturer broke. I had already spent two weeks without one and trying to get through the busy routine as a working parent. I did my research and saw great reviews about Bosch appliances. I purchased a Bosch dishwasher and thought – nothing can go wrong. Someone installed it and ran a cycle to ensure everything worked correctly, but he could not interrupt it to start a new one. We looked everywhere in the manual and had no luck. We pushed every button, and the cycle would continue from where it stopped. There was no apparent way to restart a new cycle. We called Bosch customer support and were on hold for nearly thirty minutes. We were finally able to speak to an extremely rude attendant. We were already dealing with the stress of being unable to use our new appliance, and the false idea that everything would be perfect immediately kicked in. The customer representative showed zero empathy toward our situation and replied to our questions arrogantly. She told us that interrupting a cycle was unsuitable for the appliance, which seemed outrageous. In all the years of owning this kitchen aid, I have always been able to stop a cycle and choose a different one. After this interaction, all the good reviews about Bosh being the top dishwasher brand had no meaning to us. If I am going to invest my money, I’d instead give it to a company that has trained and capacitated personnel who are kind and helpful. I am highly disappointed, and I hope management realizes that being the top brand and offering sophisticated products is insufficient to maintain customer loyalty. If you want your clients to spread the word of mouth and tell their friends about how good of a brand you offer, you must train your staff to treat customers with empathy and proficiency. Otherwise, you will continue to lose customers and stop many others from purchasing any.

Stay away from Trail Appliances
If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. We chose our appliances for a planned kitchen renovation in December 2023 and paid a deposit. The renovation was planned to commence on March 1st 2024 but we wanted to ensure that everything went smoothly come renovation time and thus gave them a significant lead time. We reached out to our salesman, Ronnie, in February to arrange payment and confirm delivery for March 15th. Well all hell broke loose. We were told that they couldn't get 2 of the 3 appliances we ordered, that they couldn't rush those appliances, despite gaving a month before we needed them, and thet tried to sell us other items. No customer service and no desire by the higher ups to make the customer happy. After a couple of days of back and forth, we demanded our deposit be returned and phone Coast Appliances in North Vancouver. 2 hours later we had the 3 appliances we wanted confirmed for delivery on the 15th, and at a $300 savings from the Trail price!!! Stay away from Ronnie at Trail Appliances on Grandview.

Horrible experience.
We bought a matching maytag washer and dryer set, unfortunately the washing machine bounces all over our laundry room floor, the guy from trail appliances coquitlam came out and agreed we need a replacement machine as something was defective with this one , the management has already agreed to replacing the washer, but now for some reason we are being ignored,,,, we've sent countless e mails to customer support,,, they are terrible at e mail returns,, or following through with what they agreed on, we still have no replacement washer... terrible service,,, its too bad this new millennial generation doesn't have a better work ethic.

No customer service or warranty integrity once you leave the store….
In January spent over $7000 on a refrigerator and dishwasher…sales associate was given the measurements of the spaces and the chosen products were delivered….the fridge did not fit the opening the electronics were on top not something that could be removed I called my rep and left a message - I have yet to have heard back was lucky enough to find a cabinet maker who rebuild the above cabinet to accommodate the fridge….FF October the dishwasher dies I call customer service and they inform me they do not fix KitchenAid (Whirlpool Canada) they do there own and could give me a number to call although they reluctantly made the appointment for me….the technician no showed 3 times, the fourth appointment the technician had me google the error codes….he ordered parts and an extra console in case it was the computer…FF 3 weeks no response…called we were told he was going on holidays and we would have to wait…after a lot of begging we got a new technician J was good put in the parts to fix the error - nope didn’t work - must be the console - I told J the part was ordered he told me they often do not order expensive parts until they know the cheaper parts work…FF December 13 I have not had a working dishwasher since October 23 KitchenAid does not know when the parts will arrive and Trail and KA will not replace the appliance unless a single part is replaces 3X in one year…so even with the extended 3 yr warranty you are stuck and we have called every exec and management level we can think of to get help DO NOT GO DO NOT BUY (they are guessing end of January before it MAY be working) shocking customer service…Update (Dec.14)…Whirlpool has said the needed part is on back order it could be months before this 8month old dishwasher is fixed and they will do nothing more….essentially by the time it is fixed (if the part works which is a big if as they really don’t know what is wrong) at minimum I will have been without the appliance for 5 months

Amazing customer service
Phoned into customer service to purchase a chest freezer before travelling 1 hour to the store. Customer Service took order - held the freezer for me until I got there. Literally took 2 minutes at the Service Desk. Paperwork was all in order - paid - drove around back - took 5 minutes for warehouse staff to load me up with forklift. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Amazing. Never had that seamless of an experience before.
