The overall experience was good. It was easy to find what I was looking for on the website, which was also easy to use.
I bought a gift voucher but wasn’t sure whether it would be emailed or posted. This could have been a bit clearer as it was a few days before an email came through.
The service was efficient and personal from there.
This is a small point on an otherwise good service and experience. I would definitely use Trailcoach again.

Professional and knowledgeable.

I spent a fantastic Sunday with a Trailcoach Women’s Progession Session. There were 3 awesome women leading and coaching. The session was tailored to the needs of the group. We got individual feedback, we had brilliant fun and I came away totally chuffed with what I achieved. I’ve booked another session and I would highly recommend it to any girl or women wanting to improve and have a great day out.

Our son has been biking with the trailcoach gang for a while now. Built so many positives in him including MTB skills and confidence. The team are amazing to the point that I’ve booked myself onto a beginners course.

Great first mountain bike experience for our 8 year old daughter who was more used to tarmac and BMX racing. We booked her in for a Saturday morning Kid's Club session and a 3 day Easter holiday course. Ramsay was very helpful in advance regarding modifications to her hybrid bike that would benefit her (mainly chunkier tyres) and John lead her 3 day course. She loved her time at Cathkin Braes - despite the weather being less than ideal for some of the time. I could see the improvement over the 4 times she's now been out with them and John gave regular feedback on her days at pick-up. She's very keen to attend some more sessions!

Excellent coaching, easy to get on with and pushes you to be as good and as confident as you can be. 100% recommended!

My kids love trailcoach. Great exercise, fab support from team leaders who help the kids develop. 3 hours off for mummy at the weekend through kids club. Love it, highly recommend.

Brilliant group for young riders, getting to try new trails, beautiful scenery! Great to be outdoors for hours. The coach gives it 100% teaches the kids about riding, maintaining their bike and nutrition! He goes above and beyond to give the kids the best experience making it fun. Money well spent, my son enjoys every trip and has some amazing experiences

Our two boys love Saturday Kids Club with Trailcoach. Its such a positive experience for them. Their bike skills and confidence have developed immensely under the guidance of the coaches and camaraderie of fellow riders. I also really like that they get out to experience and appreciate different hills / forests every week (in all weather). They come back exhausted, usually very muddy, and very happy.

Hoody and t-shirt are great quality and an excellent fit. Easy to order and no delivery charges.

Absolutely brilliant club for the kids! Cannot recommend it highly enough. My daughter loves it! The coaches make it so much fun! And her mountain biking is getting so good, we can’t keep up!!!

Excellent MTB skills coaching, encouragement and brilliant bike fun for my 11 year old. He loves it and the sessions are are so engaging. He learns a lot from the coaches and the older kids. Always comes back with a grin on his face and stories to tell 🤩
