ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!

ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!
WAITED IN FOR 3 DAYS FOR THE PRODUCT TO ARRIVE, AS THEIR COURIER COMPANY DID NOT KNOW HOW TO RING A BELL / LEAVE WITH NEIGHBOURS / LEAVE IN A SAFE PLACE!!
THEIR SO CALLED HELPDESK IS HANDLED BY ARROGANT, CLUELESS, INCOMPETENT, RUDE IMBECILIC CHAVS WHO HAVE NO IDEA ON HOW TO DEAL WITH THE PUBLIC.
HAD TO ESCALATE TO MY BANK TO INITIATE A REFUND.

We always aim to provide a professional and courteous service, and we believe it's important to clarify the circumstances surrounding this order.

The courier attempted delivery on three separate occasions. On each attempt, the driver recorded the delivery attempt and provided photographic evidence showing they attended the property. As no one was available to receive the parcel, the delivery could not be completed.

While we appreciate that this may be frustrating, courier drivers are not required to leave parcels with neighbours or in a safe place unless alternative delivery instructions have been arranged directly with the courier by the recipient.

We also feel it is important to address the comments made about our customer service team. Throughout our conversations, our staff remained polite and professional despite being subjected to shouting, swearing, and personal insults. Referring to our employees as "chavs" is both unfair and inappropriate, and we do not believe anyone should be subjected to abusive language while simply doing their job.

Although we were unable to override the courier's delivery procedures, we did everything we reasonably could to assist. Once you chose to pursue a refund through your bank, we cooperated fully with that process.

We stand by the professionalism of our team and remain committed to treating all customers with respect, even when that respect is not returned.

Great service

Two trailer tyres ordered, quickly received, nicely packed. Look perfect and all at a very reasonable price. Sure I will be back.

Unable to place an order

Reasonable price quote which only arrived after chasing for a second time. Called them and unable to locate my email address but told me someone had called me 2 days earlier! Then called them back to place order and explained I lived nowhere near the postcode but to use a Google pin or Delm8 to locate my address. Thought giving him directions via a Google pin was an insult and had not heard of Delm8 then declined my order. Good for business!!!
