Seems like a nice company but we had a broken down trailer and requested bolts with overnight delivery. They are due to arrive late in the day three days later. ‘Next day delivery’ apparently only means this Monday to Thursday so misleading and has led to alot of inconvenience for three days. So think they need to sort this bit of their comms out

Resposta da TrailerTek
Hi Roland,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We take all customer feedback seriously, as it helps us improve the service we provide.
While we appreciate your comments, we found the feedback quite general, which makes it difficult for us to fully understand the issues you encountered and address them effectively. If you were dissatisfied with the assistance provided by one of our customer service representatives, we would have welcomed the opportunity to discuss your concerns directly. In such situations, we encourage customers to ask to speak with a manager so that we can investigate the matter and work towards a resolution.
We value every customer's experience and would be grateful if you could contact us with further details about your concerns. This would help us better understand what happened and identify any improvements that may be needed.
Thank you again for your feedback, and please accept our sincere apologies that your experience fell short of the standard we aim to provide.
