Traingift braucht Planung im Voraus
Traingift ist eine gute Sache, wenn man flexibel durch Europa reisen möchte - und im Voraus nach Verbindungen sucht. Es werden immer nur Kontingente für bestimmte Fahrten freigeschaltet und Buchungen müssen bis ca. eine Woche vorher erfolgen, ansonsten sind die Verbindungen nicht mehr buchbar. Eine Buchungsgebühr gibt's pro Fahrt obendrauf. Wenn man das weiß, dass ist der Gutschein aber grundsätzlich eine schöne Idee :-)

Passez votre chemin et préférez le site du marchand
Quelques minutes après avoir pris un billet et m'être rendu compte que je m'étais trompé d'horaire (Paris-Berlin sans correspondances Vs 2 correspondances) l'équipe de traingift n'a pas su solutionner le problème, plutôt que d'annuler le billet comme cela est possible sur le site de la DB, traingift a seulement rappelé que c'était le rôle de la DB le jour j de gérer les pertes de correpondances. Bref le jour J nous avons évidemment perdu nos correspondances (40 % des trains sont en retard en Allemagne) et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans le train initial . On y a cependant gagné un dernier curry wurst dans une gare en Allemagne. Vaut mieux acheter sois même le billet, pour limiter le stress et l'attente dans le froid.
