Could be much better
We switched after the sendle collapse and it's fine, but could be much better. The UI is riddled with bugs and inconsistencies. Just stupid stuff that shows they don't care. Scheduled pickups never occur on the requested date, we have to follow up most of the time. Honestly, it's just a frustrating platform to use on a daily basis. I keep looking for alternatives

The company did ok
The company did ok. Their contractor missed the first pick up so it was picked up the following day. Package arrived sooner than expected but there was some damage to the item.

Unprofessional service and deceptive billing practices
Do not use this company. We booked a pickup for our business that never occurred, yet we were charged the full amount anyway. After numerous follow-up calls led nowhere, we were forced to hire a different company to get the job done. To make matters worse, they refused a refund, demanding "evidence" of a non-pickup. Even after providing photos of the abandoned item, they still kept our money. This company is untrustworthy - save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

We're sorry to hear that your parcel was never collected. The details you have provided don't seem to match our procedures. The only time we would request proof of a non-collection is if there was a collection scan on the freight. If the freight was in fact not collected and you still have the freight, a full refund would be provided.
I tried to reach out for more information about the booking, but you didn't respond.

Twice a failure to pick up the package even after I complained after the first failure. Still nothing after the second day promised to pick up.

So far, so good. I've been sending numerous packages using Transdirect. Their platform is easy to use, and you are given a range of courier companies that you can select, based on price, speed of delivery, etc.
Their pickups are timely and reliable; once your parcel is with them, you can track it from start to finish. My items have arrived on time on all occasions so far. Best of all, their prices are extremely competitive, based on the service you want or need.

Package wasnt collected on the stated…
Package wasnt collected on the stated date and no message was sent either by phone or email to alert me that there was an issue, I could have taken it down to auspost rather than sit waiting for a non service . It had a link on what to do if package not collected, and it just redirected to book for another day. No thanks, not having my time wasted again. Very unprofessional.

Missed pick-ups are rare, but they do happen from time to time, and unfortunately, we aren’t automatically notified when a driver doesn’t attend. We rely on customers letting us know so we can step in quickly and arrange a solution.

first time user after my usual company closed down unexpectedly.. I found their website easy to use and set up an account and had a very good experience with the delivery being picked up and delivered on time.
