There were the registration marks on the sides of the designs we spent well over the minimum to get the ez rip. On the plus side the colors were amazing and will absolutely be ordering more.

We recently ordered #’s for a school order. The #1’s were not printing correctly and would leave part of the color on the transfer paper. We stopped using it. It ruined 3 shirts

1/2 my order has not arrived- the tracking info provided is incorrect.
The 1/2 that did arrive is not usable- it won’t come off the transfer sheet- hot split goof proof.

On the phone for an hour with a…
On the phone for an hour with a representative that struggled to do anything and constantly needed to "ask her team" I got a transfer from another customer, however this was my first order and I was charged a $20 color change. When I signed up, the site stated that I would get 50% off my first order, however I didn't get a code and the representative couldn't do anything to fix and had to "consult her team" once again to see what could be done. I had to pay full price, changes, and shipping. The experience was one of the worst customer service experiences that I have had and I will be doing business elsewhere.

Overall the experience was great. Very good quality and delivered quickly.
I ordered Goof Proof which was very easy to put on. And the DTF Ultra Color Max Transfer, which was a little more challenging to put on. When peeling, it did not separate from film as easily. It took more finessing.
