Really pleased with our c33 crate for a bmw 5 touring. Just right for our gun lab. I’d recommend adding the little rubber stoppers for where the door meets the car too. Feels sturdy and quality. What I really value is that the interior rubber lining is really well fitted - any tiny lip or gap and our dog will just rip it up, which is why we can’t put a soft bed in. Has quite a strong smell when new so we left it in the hall and kept throwing treats in for a couple of days to get the dog confident with it before putting in the car.

I accidentally ordered the larger boot protector and they called me to arrange a refund and sent the right one out when they noticed my crate was a single.

Good product, good service, you get what you pay for.

Excellent well made safe crate for my two dogs. Delivered in 3 days and looks like it would last for ever. Fits my car exactly. Really pleased with it.

The delivery charge is a bit fruity but otherwise I’m delighted with my choice.

Very easy company to deal with, good communication during the order process. Straightforward shipping arrived safely and our dog was sitting in the crate in ten minutes after it got here. The crate is nice and sturdy and stable and I particularly like the escape hatch at the back meaning that if the tailgate becomes inoperative I can still get the dog out without too much hassle.

I think it’s worth mentioning that modern cars with electric tailgate can open on their own if something gets trapped in the frame, like a boot liner. I like the fact that the dog is secure even with the tailgate wide open. Another benefit being of course ventilation went out and about.

Excellent service from order to delivery and really quick lead-time too. Purchased the C9 Double for my Hilux and the quality of the product is fantastic. Cannot fault the service, quality and value for money of this product.

Outstanding service from the start, arrived when promised, well wrapped to prevent damage in transit, exceptional build quality, can’t praise them highly enough, £870 for a crate to fit our Shogun Commercial but worth every penny when it comes to quality and longevity.

For awareness , the C59 does NOT fit the Dacia Duster 4x4 from 2025/26. Trans K9 facilitated a return but there was no acknowledgement that the box didn’t fit despite images and video demonstrating this. Trans K9 products are the best in their field and we have had 2 positive experiences prior to this but do be clear do not purchase the C59 for this years Duster 4x4 because it won’t clear the aperture.

Excellent service from initial phone enquiry to delivery. Could not ask for more. Crate seems extremely well built and the extra securing straps work well. Highly recommended.

The dog is really happy with the purchase and I feel much safer driving with her in the back. Then only thing I personally would add are the fixing straps and that secures the box to the car.

Great products and customer service. I purchased a C33 crate with accessories, which were all very well made. Yes these crates are expensive, but you absolutely get what you pay for.

Unfortunately, it appeared that the delivery company damaged the crate in transit. TransK9 arranged a replacement at no additional cost and could not have done any more to put things right.

Dog loves the crate and I have no doubt it will last years to come. I will be recommending and would not hesitate to buy again in the future. Thank you!

Based on our experience, Trans-K9 fully deserve their 5* rating. Really helpful on the phone, delivered as promised, on time, an exceptionally fine dog transit box. Very hard to argue with that.

We have just bought our first crate, I cannot recommend this company enough! When we made the decision to start looking into crates safety was our top priority, we looked at cheaper options but nothing compared! I called and spoke to Jeanette, she was extremely informative and polite and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our choice, she answered all of our “silly” questions and honestly made this experience so much easier….. we have received our crate today and wow I am beyond impressed! We cannot wait to start going on adventures knowing our dog is 100% safe and secure!

We have just received our new K9 dog create and bumper protection matt today. The cage is specially designed for our new Landrover Defender, only taking up half (ish) of the boot space.
It isn't cheap (boy it isn't cheap) but, what a service, what a beautifully crafted crate it is, what a fantastic design with all the Defender rear switch available and utterly well made......
I am now hoping our new Defender is here long enough to out live the crate..... Mmmm I wouldn't bet on it.

The TransK9 C30 cage is exceptional quality, very safe and secure, and a perfect fit for my car. The website is easy to use and the customer service is excellent.

Fantastic box along with fantastic service. We bought one 20 plus years ago and it is almost as good as new, still. The finish on them is first class, no rough edges to catch anything on. We would not look at any other transport box for our dogs. Thank you Trans K9

Just received our double Trans-K9 box. Fits my car perfectly. Soo easy to set up. Game changer for training days as can leave boot open and dogs very secure in the boxes. Lots of room for my two rotties. Highly recommended. Fast delivery and get communication.
