Security Password
I cant do a credit lock as I have a free account but I needed a security password as my data had been breached. Customer Services communicated well with me and applied the appropriate password so no-one can request my details for a hard check without it, which scammers might do for identity theft, mortgage etc. Very comforting.

This was a free service
This was a free service. I had a querie in as why my credit card company had cut my credit drastically. I was asked to contact this company, the call handler was very good. They sent me a link to check my credit status(still free). I found out the problem and have raised an issue and this has a 28 day investigation. You get to see if anything is wrong in your credit history and any application you are unsure of(fraud), etc etc. Full marks.

Time
Time - you do checks every 7 days but do not update information you hold. Takes weeks to update the information you have, whilst people are unable to use their credit rating promptly an fairly!

I contacted TransUnion about a dispute would recommend
I contacted TransUnion because a company did a credit check on my card, I had no dealing with the company only to get a quote for car insurance which decided not to use.
TransUnion investigated my issue and kept me informed all the way, my dispute was agreed and taken off my credit report.
I would recommend Trans Union to anyone with a with a company.
