Ophelos is trying to rip me off with a wrongful balance from Virgin. I keep telling them that I have received confirmation from Virgin that it is the wrong balance, however they will not update.

They will neither put me in contact with a representative that will assist me.

I really likes the time and patient throughout my conversation with ur staff. It's was nice and keep it up.

Dealing with the company, I first was stressed due to not working and finding it hard, mentally and physically due to a bad injury I had suffered for a year. The staff has empathy and dealing with the same person after a few emails, Aaminah totally understood my situation. I contacted the company I had to make payments with and waiting on word back. But at Ophelos and especially Aaminah in Customer support, I couldn't be more thankful for her kindness and understanding. Thank you.

I was hesitant at first as ive never heard of this company and have previously beeb strong armed into arrangements by other companies.
The lady I spoke to was brilliant and it actually felt like she wanted to help and not just recover money.
I told her how much I could comfortably afford and she made it happen.. she even said she would Assign the case to herself so I could deal with her again in the future..
Its never nice owing money but it is nice that people can be kind and compassionate during these times
I dont recommend being in debt but if your going to be then these guys are spot on. Thanks again
