Дуже задоволена роботою Viko Travel! Менеджери уважні, швидко підібрали тур та врахували всі побажання. Відпочинок був організований ідеально — від готелю до трансферу. Обов’язково звернуся ще раз 😊

Я хочу висловити вдячність за організацію мого відпочинку в Туреччині менеджеру Київського офісу - Аліні. Я обрала готель Utopia World в Аланії, бо неодноразово в ньому відпочивала раніше. Але відпустка була спонтанною і бронювали ми в останні дні, коли вже майже не було місць. Аліна змогла організувати тур за день до вильоту. Так склались обставини, що я затрималась в готелі на день і пропустила зворотній рейс. Я знову звернулась до Аліни і вона допомогла мені купити новий квиток і організувала трансфер з готелю до аеропорту. Однозначно найвища оцінка. Дякую!

This was the first collaboration with the "Viko travel" agency, but definitely not the last! Our manager Alina immediately understood our preferences and all the proposed options were suitable. We didn't have to worry about anything, the logistics are organized by the agency and you just need to get to the place on time) Communication with the manager was truly 24/7 and you can ask any questions. Thank you for the support during the preparation and during the entire trip!

This is not our first trip with Viko travel, this time it was Croatia and everything was at the highest level, as always.

Спасибо за организацию отдыха в Турции в г.Кемер. Отличный отель подобрали по соотношению цена-качество, хороший свой пляж. По приезду приятный бонус в виде индивидуального трансфера нам достался) Номер с шикарным видом на горы, на ресепшне отличные ребята все, доброжелательные, в ресторане трудолюбивый и приятный персонал. Всей команде Вико- Тревел и персоналу отеля Club jovia kemer благодарность!

Дуже рекомендую цю туристичну компанію. Менеджер підібрав готель, враховуючи абсолютно всі побажання. Всю дорогу були на зв'язку та супроводжували!
